Dont purchase if you need reliability
I ordered a sight mark wraith 4K max 9 months ago and it stopped charging, this was frustrating as I needed to visit a farm and deal with their rat issue.
I reported it to Night Vision Warehouse who replaced it with another unit, which was great.
I charged it up overnight and went out to my shooting permission and when I went to turn it on, it was dead.
I tried to charge it up and it showed it was charging, but when I took the charged out, the scope died.
I have asked for a refund, but have been told that its only under warranty and they will send yet another replacement unit, which I have no faith will work.
I have lost my permission now as this product has let me down twice and the job has been given to someone else.
Typical responses as expected, not our problem, replacement only.
I wouldn't mind adding more money to purchase a better quality item, but they are just not interested in helping.
Wont buy from them again.

We are really sorry to hear of your bad experience with the Sightmark Wraith so far. We sell hundreds of these Sightmark units every year and have a low volume of returns, so we hope that a further replacement would solve your issue.
Our returns team has been supporting the process throughout, and I want to reassure you that at no point was there any intention to dismiss your concerns. The main limitation we’re facing is that the order was placed through a finance agreement. Because of that, we’re not legally able to issue credits on finance orders, and we’re also well outside the standard refund window, which prevents us from processing a refund.
Even with these restrictions, we’re still fully committed to helping you through this issue.

Great price and speedy delivery
Ordered new scope and the bundle that was the best price I seen and it came with speedy delivery and great customer service. Will be using them again in the future this will be my first stop.
