3 days to install not a single day as promised
Had agreed a set date to start work. asked by the company to fully Install a week earlier.... Great.... only the solar was fitted!!! seems they did not have all the equipment to fully install...., nor time left in their working day Nightingale tried to reorganise the following week to a Friday, No one turned up Friday, I had to chase the company where the install team where. numerous phone calls latter. seems they had over run a bigger paying job. plan to fit the following week. batteries dropped off wiring done. Job still not completed. seems they need more time. electrican turned up another day. took him all day working alone. batteries not working. I had to wait nearly 6 weeks for Giv energy to send their electrican to fix the system.
Nightingale promised a single day Install , turned into a 3 day install. left with non working system.. Nightingale electrical either have poor communication between office, Install teams and customer or they deliberately choose to be vague with timings.
Giv energy have a poor customer service,they also only have 5 or 6 electricans Nationally. hence why the lengthy wait times for them to attend to fix your battery and inverter.
