Love this brand!💞 Great customer service experience and great designs!

Excellent quality product I'll be buying more! I purchased two sizes and returned the one that didn't fit. The customer service was excellent and the return portal was so easy to use. Because I love the quality so much I went for the exchange option and exchanged the pair that didn't fit for a different item. So simple!

I bought the leopard pyjamas with the feather cuffs to wear on my wedding morning. They were amazing, so comfy and good quality. You can detach the cuffs which was so helpful (when I realised I’d trod black feathers into the carpet oops). I got soo many compliments on them! They were slightly too long on me, as a 5”4 girly but I mean unless it’s petite, every trouser leg is too long for me! Highly recommend ❤️✨

Carriage was underpaid so I got a card from Royal Mail saying to pay £5 excess. They ship via Royal Mail 48 and the max weight is 2kg. My 2 sets of velvet pyjamas was over this. This was the first red flag as I’ve never had a carriage underpaid from any other online store, ever. Delivery over a certain monetary amount was meant to be free. I asked them to pay the excess, which they can do from their end using the web link clearly printed on the Royal Mail card that I emailed them.
Instead they said they were unable and asked me to pay and said they’d refund. Somehow it arrived. I was expecting true red velvet pyjamas but they were more burnt orange and the stitching on the pockets was poor. The returns portal was closed. This is another red flag. How can the return portal be closed if I only received the order yesterday? That’s well within the supposed 14 days. Someone called Daniel replied to my emails and said they’d be contacting the courier and it’s out of their control. How is it out of their control if they’ve sent me an overweight parcel and not checked the limits themselves? I’ve still not received a return label he said he’s send. I have to wait to get replies to emails instead of being able to arrange a return through a portal because it’s disabled. Responses aren’t very timely. Still waiting to return. Worried they’ll push it up to their 14 day policy and then say it’s too late. All round a poor experience.

Such a great company to deal with ! I had a parcel delivered very late and completely ripped open to the point you could have taken the contents easily, it was so bad the postman knocked to apologise. Unfortunately the set was unsuitable but even though it was out of returns policy time due to Royal Mail delivery THE NIGHT STORE were very very quick to help me resolve the situation.. I felt that they genuinely cared for their customers . Thank you night store xxx

Absolutely devastated! Ordered a dressing gown for a bridal event that just never arrived over a week later. Customer support said it was lost in the post and couldn’t send another. It’s too late for me to order anything else for the event now. Customer support offered a refund but no compensation for the inconvenience. Do not order from here! Order 3844

Great quality loungewear, soft fabric and lovely fit. Also a bit longer in the leg for those who need it. Will definitely buy another colour.

A great company to buy from. I had a minor issue and Daniel went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. The loungewear is so luxurious and cosy and excellent value. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality nightwear and comfy clothes.

Ordered the viral croissant pjs on 6th September and they just arrived this morning 11th October. Poor customer service over email with no sympathy or apology for the delay. The 2 pairs of pjs were too heavy for the paper bag they were posted in so there’s a big rip and Royal Mail had to rebag. Overall the quality isn’t great. They smell like stale smoke when you take them out of the bag. I’m worried they’ll fall apart in the wash as per the other reviews on here.

Ordered on 27th September, with 2-4 day delivery timescale given. And it is still not arrived. Sent emails on the 3rd and 4th October chasing my order with no reply. Sent a further email on the 6th October, explaining the legal action I will be taken if my order doesn’t get sent or my money isn’t received. And was sold a bag of lies about them moving warehouse and my order to be shipped yesterday or today with proof of shipping to be given. To of course be failed by them once again and have not received communication about dispatch of delivery.

I get things happen but to lie to customers and clearly ignore emails does not sit right with me in how to offer appropriate customer service.

I no longer want the goods due to the awful service and am requesting a refund but of course receive no response.

It will sadly leave my no choice but to respond with legal action under the Consumers Right Act and warn anyone TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

It’s such a shame in the current finical climate we are in the little disposable income people do have. It is still being stolen from them from dishonest business.

The pyjamas took almost 3 weeks to arrive, which missed the event they were purchased for. In that time, emails were ignored and customer service severely lacking. Once they did arrive, 2 buttons fell off during the first wash. There are better companies out there for these type of pyjamas.

EDIT: THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW IS A LIE - THEY HAVE NOT EMAILED ME, THE ITEM ISNT LISTED AS PREORDER. GIVE ME A REFUND YOU SCAMMERS!!

EDIT 2: FINALLY GOT A REFUND AFTER HOUNDING THEM FOR 2 DAYS! I emailed 3 times on an email address they list on their own website as a customer support contact, yet they claim this wasn't the correct email address to reach them, and that they hadn't received my emails. They responded sporadically via Instagram DMs, and ignored most of what I asked, seemingly they only responded at all because I left a bad review... Everything they tried to refute to stop me getting my money back I provided proof of. They eventually stopped replying. I sent multiple emails to the "correct" email address, before finally getting my refund.

As the title suggests, I placed an order and it never arrived. I got a confirmation email, but no updates after that - no shipping notifications or anything.
I have now emailed 3 times and even DM'd on Instagram with no response given.
I cannot even begin the returns process because there is no option for "my item didn't arrive", and they deduct returns charges from your refund which is then tracked back to them (which I can't do on account of having nothing to send back...).

The company look legit, with a healthy following, but having bought something it all feels very dodgy now and their follow count is clearly fake...
WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST!

Fantastic customer service after I managed to mess up my own order! I reached out in response to an instagram story when I realised my mistake and the team swiftly fixed the issue and sent my items out to me - great customer service team and great loungewear!! Will definitely buy again!

There was an issue with delivery of my tropical robe. It was dealt with quickly and professionally. Now onto the robe! 🌴 I bloody love it! The quality is excellent and a big thank you to the night store for size inclusivity. I'll be stalking your website for future purchases. Thank you so much 🏝️

I have purchased for myself from this business several times with no issues and loved the pyjamas so I ordered a pair for my sister for her birthday. As soon as she received them she tried them on and they were sadly far too big. I logged onto the returns portal that same day which was just within the 14 days returns timeframe but it would not allow me to process a return. I sent an email that was not responded to. I chased again a week later and copied in an alternate email address I found for them on their website but again nothing so now I have a pair of pyjamas that I have spent money on and don't fit the recipient or me and will have to be listed online causing me more aggravation or donated as there's no point in leaving them sitting in a drawer. This had put me off ordering again even for myself.

I’ve bought products from this company for years and have never had any problems at all. I ordered yet another set of loungewear and upon arrival I noticed the bottoms were faulted and I wanted an exchange. I tried to do this on the website but I think there was a glitch as it said I owed money. I emailed twice to ask about this and heard nothing back. I also sent a DM and heard nothing back. A little bit frustrated, I sent another DM to which they replied immediately and had the owner contact me via phone. He offered to send me a new pair of loungewear as an apology, which was really kind, and also informed me that the email I had used was an old one- I’ve noticed a lot of these reviews have mentioned no replies from emails so maybe they are using the old correspondence like myself- maybe the Night Store could check that their new email is correct on their website? Despite this little blip, the issue has been resolved now and I’m a satisfied customer. With regards on sizing- I’ve always found the Night Store to be very generous, so I would recommend you size down. I however size up as when I say I like oversized, I mean I like oversized!!!! Thanks Night Store for solving my issue and sending me a new set of the loungewear to add to my ever growing collection.

I have emailed 3 times as I haven't received my order and had no response from anyone . I can't comment on the items as I haven't received them .

I have been waiting for 3 weeks to receive my refund. I have had confirmation from them that they have received my returned items. I have messaged and emailed them but have had no reply at all. Very disappointed.

I ordered a pair of the croissant pyjamas and was impressed with the extremely quick delivery. However, when I received my item, I noticed small black marks on the front and back. I was initially disappointed, as I had intended to give these as a gift, so I emailed The Night Store customer support to inform them of the issue.
They responded the same day, apologised, acknowledged that I had been sent a faulty pair, and offered to send a replacement right away. The new pair arrived within days and were perfect!
The customer service I received was second to none — quick, efficient, and resolved to my expectations. I could not have asked for more. The pyjamas are beautiful, high quality, and make a lovely gift for my friend.
