Nieu Cabinet Doors Anmeldelser

great craftmanship! Great customer service!

Some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. Very response, great attention to what I was trying to solve and the product was great quality. I highly recommend.

Julia was a great customer service rep who was helpful, proactive and quick. Cabinet doors well made and easy to install. Would recommend!

Great replacement doors, that brought a new life to woren down kitchen.

Mediocre product

Overall, everything was great! Had some issues with the online ordering process but everything worked out with the help of customer service. Extremely happy with the product itself. Would recommend!

Before order we worked with Bryan and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us in going over the details of our projects and changes we made along the way. We thought installing would be easier but that could use error. The new doors look great and we’ve gotten several compliments already. The material of the door seems very sturdy and that it will last a long time without getting dinged up

Very good service, checked in at every step to ensure measurements were correct and that parcel had arrived ok. Highly recommended. :-)

Website was easy to use. They had me double check the order before finalizing. Staff were responsive when I asked questions via email.

I had an amazing experience with Nieu for my IKEA kitchen renovation. I researched several companies that make custom fronts for IKEA cabinets and received quotes from multiple places before ultimately deciding on Nieu.

I was initially a little skeptical because I hadn’t heard of Nieu before, but the experience quickly changed my mind. Their process was incredibly well organized, with a clear timeline, color samples sent before production, and excellent communication throughout.

I was especially impressed with their customer service. I went in a little blind not knowing what exactly ill need for trim, panels and filler pieces. They were patience enough to walk me through. They also handled an issue with my delivery that was outside of their control. They took care of it and made sure everything was resolved, which really demonstrated how much they value their customers.

The quality of the product and the level of customer service were both excellent. I’m very glad I went with Nieu and would absolutely consider using them again for a future project. Highly recommend.

We are so happy with the look of our new door and drawer panels. It wasn't as easy to install as my husband thought initially but well worth the trouble. Brian, my contact at Nieu, was so helpful. Great company to work with.

Had a great experience working with Nieu on a kitchen refresh for a client. It feels unfortunately rare to reach a real person who can actually help these days so I was so delighted when I called up and easily reached someone who could speak knowledgeably about the product and process. The team also reached back out to me to confirm some measurement discrepancies I had. The fronts themselves were very high quality and the team insured that the vertical grain pattern matched between drawer fronts/cab doors. Overall just a really excellent experience and we'll definitely be recommending Nieu to other clients in the future!

Remodeling my kitchen and decided to go with Nieu Cabinets. Provided all of my information from IKEA to Nieu and they were able to provide me with an estimate in a reasonable amount of time.

The Good:
Did some comparison shopping amongst the more well known places when going with an IKEA kitchen and Nieu was the most affordable. All companies are too expensive if you get the cabinets already painted or even prepped. If you have the budget, definitely do it but I didnt so I had to go with raw MDF. Semihandmade was incredibly expensive. Nieu was the most affordable of all the options I researched that offered raw mdf.

The quality of the MDF is solid. Delivery was excellent and timely. The raw MDF is right of the CNC line so they are NOT sealed. This is important to know in prepping the cabinets for painting.

The Alright:
Lots of content on the website, but I dont find a lot of it helpful. Especially the how to guides. They are generic and I had to reach out to customer service to get information (such as whether the MDF is sealed or not). This information was not on their website. The lesson here is to ask a lot of questions.

The Not so Great:

The person I was "assigned" for this process was not a pleasure to work with. Unenthusiastic, responses were slow. I had to use the chat function on the website a number of times to ask questions and get answers. Interestingly enough the real people (+ you actually chat with real people!)I chatted with via the chat function on the website were actually very helpful and friendly to work with. Even if for a brief interaction. The person I was assigned through the planning and paying process--a dud. I think I even asked to work with someone else.

In summary, Nieu was the most affordable. The MDF is high quality. Order painted or primed if in budget because wow the task of sealing, priming and painting a whole bunch of cabinet doors and is incredible. Customer service was mid tier, shipping was solid and quality was recognizable. Recommend.

The service was excellent, and the doors look beautiful. I appreciated the guidance from the sales person, the colour confirmation sample and the thickness of the doors and panels. I do feel that the custom painted doors chip easily, that would be my only negative point.

I'm a superintendent for a construction company. I watched the video about measuring for the hinges. Tom answed all my questions I had to confirm. Doors came out prefinised and installed without any issues. The only thing I can add is that the hinges were predrilled adding indentations for the screws would make it go easily for customers whom do not have as much experience with cabinet doors.

These guys were really great to work with… they gave me a timeline for the doors to be manufactured and they were right on time… the quality of the doors is really high and high-quality hinges were an option which I took… Not only did I get a great deal on new doors, The guy they had to install was incredible. Would highly recommend !!!

Great color and finish, love the transformation of our kitchen. Excellent service troubleshooting issue. On time delivery and perfect measurements.

I was able to do all interaction and the complete transaction remotely without phone calls. It was all very easy, smooth, and they were very helpful. We received one damaged item, and this was replaced without hassle, again in a very smooth and professional way.

awesome experience with NIEU. Sure, you have to do the measurements yourself and wait 6 weeks for delivery but the result is worth it. I love the interesting aqua color of my Scandia cabinets. I added some black pull out tabs and it looks sleek!
