Wrong item delivered!
Ordered a week ago and still not got my hairdryer! Delivery on Tuesday was a Frizz Control Air Dryer and NOT the hairdryer l ordered. After several emails and phone calls this has still not been resolved! Wish now l had ordered from Amazon! 😡😡😡 l am not happy. I could do without the added stress as l am recovering from two major surgeries!

Very swift delivery. Light, efficient, powerful machine at a good price. Bought to replace a machine I used for years.

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish! You have sent me the wrong product and there is no simple way to return it. I have to go through so many different channels to get a response before the return is processed! Very long, frustrating and annoying ! Would never buy from you again!

We have since reviewed our returns policy and process which has now been streamlined to ensure as quick a resolution as possible.

Arrived within 3 days of ordering but had obviously been a returned product as the name and address of the previous buyer was still in the box!! It’s a wee bit fiddly to attach the different parts but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. The hot setting is very hot and you can burn you hand if using the roller brushes. It says frizz control but I think that will only be achieved with product use. Not suitable for short hair, the attachments aren’t small enough ! Cable is quite long.

I have used a Nicky Clarke drying brush for many years. Unfortunately, my old and broke.That is the reason I have bought a replacement. Excellent product.

Never received my mothers Christmas present
Ordered my Mother a new hairdryer from this website on 30th November for Christmas, still no order received. Contacted their Customer Service on 3 separate occasions to chase up with a response that they had to pass on to head office.
Can’t praise the Customer Service representative I had. However, the fact that I have not had a refund or my product yet egged 3 chase ups is ridiculous. I just want my money back for the product I didn’t receive

I was really alarmed by the size of the box and packaging inside it, just for a small canister inside! Totally unneccssary. Waste of a tree. Puts me off reordering this product online.

The heated rolls are great
The heated rolls are great. Small compact and ideal for travelling. The only moan I have was when they were delivered, the parcel was thrown over my gate and had been there for days. No card left and it had rained!!

Thank you very much for your positive review. We apologise for the way the product was delivered by our carrier. We use 3rd party couriers (in this case DPD) and try to ensure we offer the best service but unfortunately this cannot always be guaranteed.
Dissapointed with customer service
I purchased rollers as a present .I needed to return them and sent a few emails asking how it can be returned.there are no details of how to returnvon the website
Had one reply asking me the reason and nothing after.i have sent few more emails and had no reply.really dissapointed with the customer service.
