Jackie And Delora provided a great and welcoming experience with the guided break work. I really appreciated the size and calmness of the studio and everyone there was so nice to be around. This was my second breathwork class and got even more out of it with the workbook that was provided and we used during and after the session

Delora & Jackie always knock it out of the park.
They create a judgement free atmosphere and always deliver. The experience isn't over when you leave, they followed up and continue communication custom to you and your needs.

I honestly know I would be lost without SSC. Since starting SSC my hourly rate has increased by working LESS. I would say I work an average of 24 hours now and before I was BURNT OUT and STRESSED!

SSC has taught me how to time block for all the important parts of owning and operating a business. My brain doesn't feel scattered all the time. I now set time aside for my business to make sure i complete the task that need to be done.

Kayla S is my coach and she is the BEST. She held me accountable and motivated me to make necessary changes. Any time I had questions she was there to help guide me. Kayla really helped me feel more confident , especially with creating content!

SSC taught me how to do efficient transformations in half the time as well! Time is valuable to your clients and us!

The best part about this program is the community. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. I feel like I finally found my people!! We are all in this together and it's been so beautiful to see everyone build each other up! SSC is the real deal!

My experience from start to finish has been wonderful. I actually signed up for a second time for consulting. I love my business coach Stephanie. She holds me accountable. She is encouraging. She has words of wisdom and I am more efficient at work. I have set up boundaries I have raised my prices and I am making more money than I ever have before. I came into Slice Squad Consulting because I was bored, burned out, uninspired, and overwhelmed. I was also feeling bored and stagnant in my work. As a hairstylist of 30 years, I was working too much and not charging my worth. With coaching and guidance from Stephanie, I have begun to refocus my career in a direction that makes me excited about my work again! Learning new techniques and elevating my skills has given me confidence that I can keep doing what I love for many years to come as I continue to enjoy the challenge of growth and learning.

I came starting with slice strands and realized I needed more than new methods, I need to be held accountable. Stephanie truly heard me when I told her my biggest challenge was holding myself accountable for the business side of my growth. I started my slice journey not too long after going back to work from maternity leave; it was difficult not being able to be my former “hustle, work whenever I wanted” self with the new responsibilities of parenting. My time became more limited and working with slice squad trying put my confidence and worth back into prospective for me. I have since been able to grow my income and work less, I’m not at my “end goal” (but is there actually an end) I set when we started, but it doesn’t feel as out of reach as it did 3 months ago.

I started with the online Slice Strands program and completed the 90-day course. It left me craving more, so I attended the in-person class in NY, which was unlike anything I’d ever experienced. Shortly after that, I jumped into consulting with Alyssa as my coach. These last 90 days have flown by, and they’ve been nothing short of life-changing and inspiring.
Alyssa has been an incredible coach these last 90 days. Her techniques, insights, and her genuine passion for helping others is contagious. She’s helped me with solutions and has challenged me, her personalized guidance has pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. I was a burned out, overworked, frustrated hairstylist when I found Slice Squad. I was ready for change but I hid t know how or what to do to make it happen. My experience with Slice Squad Consulting has been the pivotal push I needed for me to rethink my future plans for my business and to grow and evolve as a stylist. Participating in the trainings, collaborating with other like-minded people who want to do the work to make the necessary changes, and the one-on-one coaching support has pointed me in the right direction. My coach worked with me personally to assess where I was at and where I wanted to go. I have learned SO much!! My business has already begun to drastically change and I am excited about my journey and where my business is headed now.

This was a great business move. They will help you reach your goals, and give you the accountability you need. I loved how easy it was too communicate. It really is custom tailored to help each person reach their specific goals! Would definitely recommended!

I purchased a online training course. It was supposed to he upon purchase i would get the course. I purchased it. Did not get the course. Couldn't open, then I let them know, did not receive a email for a few days. When I did, I tried to open again. Nothing.... so I went to my card company and let them know. They contacted the slice squad. Once they got the claim they tried getting ahold of me. Then they " proved" to my credit card company with emails that they sent me emails. But the emails wouldn't open and there was always nothing there..... of course, that's not anything they showed my CC company. So I still was billed. I let my CC company know it was a shame and fraud. They said " we know it's not right, but they have emails and all you can show us is a page of nothing " which is not proof. I get it. But to say this is a shame and fraud and lazy on the slice squad. Its not enough to only give a 1 star. If someone isn't getting what they paid for, it would be the right customer service to just refund the money and move on. But nope, you take all you can get so you can say your making it big.... all while hurting others. It's just sad.

I can’t say enough about the quality of education I received by being part of the Slice Strands training. Every person I worked with went above and beyond to ensure they were being effective in their communication and the way they care for every person who enters their program is unlike anything I’ve experienced. Nicki M was so kind and efficient while sorting through some of my challenges. The lives with Amanda really made things click for me. Alyssa’s approach to finding custom solutions to even the most complex hair challenges is intricate, advanced and something every person in the beauty industry would benefit from understanding. Anyone learning from her will come out with incomparable skills that will 100% take their career to new heights. Becca challenged me with ideas on future growth as a salon owner and definitely understands the salon industry from all angles. Slice Squad Consulting is full of genuine, smart AF business baddies with positive mindsets and hard work ethic. There is not a stylist that would come out of their programs without extraordinary growth.

Ive been a stylist for 32yrs and I have been to countless trainings. This program is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The personal coaching from Tia Logan has been life changing, career altering, and motivationally inspiring. The short time of 90days has had immeasurable ability for the growth that I have experienced. Tia made stepping out of my comfort zone and pushing my boundaries very safe. I just trusted her and the process, along with all the valuable supportive resources she shared and the results have been magical. I was hesitant for awhile to spend the money on a program, as it seems like there is so much free information out there these days. I decided to take the leap after feeling overwhelmed and I am SO glad I did. SS has been genuine from start to beginning. My coach Randi has been very thoughtful, relaxed, and supportive. I have found the personalized documents and resources to be SO helpful and I have noticed real progress in my business.Not only in retaining clients, but in my confidence and organization which is HUGE for me! I am so excited to have met Randi and the others in SS and will never forget all the support!

I have a great experience with slice squad/slice strands. Learning another way of doing extensions and color in literally half of the time has been a game changer. Learning what I am worth and that emotional discounting isn’t an option for my livelihood and growth. Learning more is never too late in the game for anyone. So much knowledge and tools out there and putting toward yourself and your business so way worth it. I am very thankful for my 90 days of support. They were there for anything I needed. !

This company offers multiple different programs for hairstylists and this review is based on the Time Slicers Academy, which is 6 months long if you do the monthly payments.(There are different options and they can work with you for your ideal payment plan)
I intend to move on to join the full Consulting program/ Service Evolution Academy ASAP!
So in TSA you use the site/app to access a bunch of educational videos, and you get support from their Facebook group as well as a coach to do calls with when necessary. This is basically their intro program for people who aren’t ready to jump right into SEA. The price points are very different. The videos were on mindset, marketing, efficiency-based application techniques, and tools. Heavy focus on getting great results in half the time, and marketing like a pro. The marketing stuff was my absolute favorite- so many incredible tips & tricks to show you how to make content without the headache. My coach is Becca and she’s amazing. The number one thing that impresses me about these programs is that once you get in, you are IN. I’ve been finished with TSA for months and I just did a hugely helpful call with Becca yesterday. She’s truly going above & beyond with me to help me with my career changes. They don’t just stop caring about you when the program ends. I hope I can be as helpful and supportive to other hairstylists one day as Becca has been with me. Nicki the CEO is such a delight also, very entertaining, and she puts a ton of time into actually answering dms and being involved with every aspect of the company. I think people who sign up for this will end up getting more value than they realize is possible and the price is absolutely worth it because of this.
