Very quick service & great selection
Very quick service and a great selection of 'inspired by' perfumes. Very happy with finding them and intend to order more (as I won't buy a large amount) when I've got time to sit down at the computer (hopefully soon!)

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I ordered perfume over a month ago and it has not arrived. The response to my emails has been they can't refund without a return. As I have never received the item I cannot return it.
I'm fairly sure under consumer law that they as the supplier are responsible for the safe delivery of orders. They just want to try pass the buck to royal mail, their delivery contractor.

We're very sorry that your order was lost in transit and understand the frustration this caused.
We would, however, like to clarify that this matter was resolved directly with you. Once it was confirmed that the parcel had not arrived, we issued a full refund for your order. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused, we also sent you a complimentary fragrance bottle at no extra cost.
We appreciate that waiting for a lost parcel is disappointing, and while delivery issues can occasionally occur with postal carriers, we always aim to reach a fair resolution for our customers when problems arise.
We're pleased that a refund was processed and that a complimentary replacement was provided, and we hope this demonstrated our commitment to customer satisfaction despite the unfortunate circumstances.

Nicholas Charles Fragrances
I’ve been using Nicholas Charles Fragrances for a while now, and honestly I’m really impressed. The first thing I noticed was how good the scents actually smell — they’re rich, clean, and very close to some high-end fragrances I’ve tried before. It’s the kind of smell that makes you keep going back for another spray.
What surprised me the most is how long they last. I can put one on in the morning and still catch hints of it later in the day, and I’ve had quite a few compliments from people asking what I’m wearing. The projection is great too without being too overpowering.
For the price, I think they’re amazing value. You get that luxury-type smell without spending a fortune, which makes it easy to try a few different ones without feeling guilty. Delivery was quick and everything arrived well packaged as well.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Nicholas Charles Fragrances if you want something that smells high quality, lasts well, and doesn’t break the bank. I’ll definitely be ordering more.
