Lots of unique items.

My issue was the return policy. Says 3 days for refund. We specifically asked about the items we were buying as we’d spent about an hour picking them out. Nothing worked in our space. We returned to the store for a refund. Immediately the staff said ‘botanicals are final sale!’ It doesn’t state that ANYWHERE on the policy or the receipt. These were PRICEY botanicals. When we challenged them and stated that we had specifically asked about returning what we were buying and were never told about the botanicals, they relented and agreed to the refund.

That’s when it got interesting. We’re standing at the cash. This clerk takes out a 8 1/2 x 11 pad and starts writing out each and every item we were returning including full description and price!!! We had used a credit card and were returning everything so not sure what this painful exercise was supposed to accomplish. To add insult to injury, this clerk then proceeded to ask for just about every piece of personal information including full name, address, phone number AND email address. When we questioned why that was necessary, we were told their computer system was outdated and (for some reason) they needed this information to process the refund! Bogus!!! Paid by CC; refund by CC. PERIOD!

This place is a joke! Purchased chairs for over $3000. Had to wait months, which I was promised if I got the pattern they had available it would be weeks. Slip covers don’t fit and the material looks low grade. Have had service come out but never called me back for them to return. The ladies in the store are terrible when it comes to customer service.

Awful. The item I ordered arrived very late and broken. Repeated email requests for a return and exchange were entirely ignored.

Essentially they conned me out of £35.

I never got the candle I ordered. Please refund my money. I thought it was just taking a really long time to arrive.

I like the feel and colors of the samples but I wished there were more bright and bold prints available.

Absolutely love this store! They searched the store over for an item I had seen online this summer but couldn’t find when I visited in person. I also recently ordered 2 boxes of crackle balls and they were delivered in a few days and wrapped very well so none of them were broken.

The girls are truly wonderful and talented. They helped me to fill my late mom's wooden bread bowl and it's perfect.

Very happy with my purchase and the length of time from order until shipping.

I really love your soaps. I found them at the beach and ordered some right away! They were waiting for me when I got home. Thank you for such fast service and for such wonderful products.

I love the products that I purchased (wooden tray and wrought iron candle sticks) and found them to be well made, shipped in a timely manner and were exactly what I thought they would be. The only reason for the 4 rating instead of 5 is the cost of the tray. The tray is well made but, in my opinion, over priced. I would purchase again.

Loved my purchase. Everything was as pictured online and it was an easy process.

The description and the photos are false advertising! It is certainly not blue as described nor blue green. It is green. I ordered it to put on a stand on my mantle . It is not 10 inches as described. It’s bigger and does not fit on my mantle. I wish I would have read reviews! It is final sale. I paid so much for this! That picture is deceiving.., at least photograph the possible range of color and size. Extremely disappointed!

I got what I ordered in a timely fashion and like it. It is a pretty wax bowl-shaped candle that smells wonderful!

I ordered a notebook that came falling apart. I emailed them to tell them about the situation over a week ago and have still not heard a response.

Delivery was on time and the merchandise was identical to the online photo. I am very satisfied!
