NiceRx is the 2nd GLP company I’ve used since July of ‘25. So far I really appreciate their open and quick response to any concern I have. They always answer the phone when I call, and respond to my emails within a day. I can’t ask for better customer service. The 1st company was the complete opposite. Every time I order from here I end up regretting it. It’s the only place I’ve gotten glp-1 from and it not work at all. On top of that this time they charged my card and never sent it.

I have been using NixeRx for almost a year now, and they have been absolutely fantastic!! Every delivery has always been on time, or earlier than anticipated. And, there was one instance where I had a medical emergency and was in the hospital for a few days so my funds were low until my next pay, and they had no problem adjusting my payment date due to this unforseen circumstance. They have the best communication, the best customer service and an awesome provider experience. The doctors treat you like a person, not a number. Your care is tailored to YOU! During my consult, the doctor talked to me like it was an old friend. They offer advice and an open-door policy. Compared to other companies, NICE RX IS THE BEST!!!! Many of the sites are difficult to navigate or have just enough info that it sounds shady. There are always hidden fees or ridiculous monthly pricing once the "trial period" is over. They take your money right away but you don't receive shipping and tracking for weeks. If you are serious about your weight loss journey, CHOOSE NICE RX!

Meds came on time; online Dr. visit was great, and customer service answered my question in a very timely manner so far NiceRx has been a gem.

Why is the shipment taken so long to come.
I spoke to a doctor on December 1,2025, and was told medication will be approved and sent out.
I expected the medication within 3/4 days, called again on Thursday: December 4,25, stated, the medication has been processed, I should receive the medication on Saturday, no medication.
I called again on Monday, December 8, and was told, it was an isolated incident with the pharmacy, and the medication will be shipped out today or Tuesday.
I am pleased with the representative, and decided to change my stars, upon me receiving my medication.
I will do an update once I receive my medication on Tuesday.

The whole process was simple, efficient, and I had no problems. Medicine comes Next Day Air, so it is not in transit long. I was provided with comprehensive instructions and everything I needed to be successful.
