Perfectly paced Ev course
Great location in Wrexham with plenty parking. Clean warm classrooms with plenty free coffee and an excellent buffet lunch.
The training itself was very easygoing and the trainer let everyone participate with their experiences so much unlike other courses where tge curriculum is stuck to which makes the day seem long. Definitely learned a lot and will be useful at work and in my daily life.

C&G 2391-51 course
Our tutor Lee was great.
A good informative course and thorough preparation for C&G exam, assessment & tests.
Good facilities, water, coffee, etc, also nice lunches.
Easy parking and travel from local hotel.

Glenn was a brilliant teacher
Glenn was a brilliant teacher, which is what the 5 stars are for however I would give lower as there was no food organised on the first day, the theory exam had issues where half the class couldn’t start their test due to the test not loading which lead to, I think, the last person to start the test started roughly 45 minutes after the first person which caused a distraction for all pupils.
A lot of the mock questions were poor, the questions were vague and some of the answer was more a matter of opinion rather than 1 correct answer. Some questions didn’t make sense and there was a couple questions that were marked with the wrong answer in the back of the mock - that wouldn’t be much of an issue however it was used for revision so personally I spent a long time in the evening trying to find in the books why my answer was wrong which I couldn’t find and which resulted in me being stressed and unconfident about the revision I was doing.
Again Glenn was fantastic, learnt a large amount!!

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced alongside this. The lack of food on the first day and the technical problems during the theory exam are understandably frustrating, particularly when they caused delays and distractions. That is not the experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate you highlighting it.
Your comments regarding the mock questions are especially important. Revision materials should build confidence, and we apologise that this was not the case for you. We will ensure this feedback is shared with the relevant teams so the accuracy and clarity of mock exams can be reviewed and improved.
Thank you again for your honesty. Feedback like this is invaluable in helping us raise standards and improve the overall learner experience.
Domestic Ventilation
Course tutor wa good but the whole thing seemed to be rushed. 2 day course from 9.00-4.30 finished at 3.00 on the first day and 1.30 on the second. I have experienced this with previous training (EV Charging at the Amex Stadium in Brighton). We were taught how to pass the exam and not much time was given to explanation or going through real world scenarios to make me feel conpetent or confident going to site to test or commission an MVHR system.

Attended the 2391-52 course and was very pleased with how it all went , tutor running the course was very helpful and gives you the tools required to complete the course although days were ending a little short and that extra time would definatly help. Lunch was provided which was not great considering the amount the course costs . Overall good.
