I attended the online fundamentals course with Martyn .
Martyn hosted the course really well and given that the emergency lighting regulations are derived from a library of different publications and I give credit to him-he has to get through a lot of stuff !! .
I did feel a sense of awkwardness ( possibly due to time constraints of delivering the course ) when I asked several questions and that the assessor was at times short and sharp in some of his responses ok , that may of been because there isn’t time to ask questions .and if that is the case - I can’t see any reason we were all on a weblink just record the course and send the video rather than us all connected (30 or so ) on a web and audio link .

My experience of this course was very…disappointing
My experience of this course was very poor. It felt like it was just aimed at everybody getting a pass Nothing wrong with the tutor but I suppose he was only telling us what we needed to know to pass. Needed a lot more information and some practical demonstration about testing the point with an ev adaptor. Dissappointed Cost was way too much for what was offered. I have looked again at other course providers and they seem to offer 2 day courses and more in depth training

I recently completed the 2391-52 course with the NICEIC at Dunstable, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and well-organized. A special mention goes to Harrold, the tutor, whose teaching style truly stood out. He broke down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand terms, and provided so much clarity around the course expectations. His dedication to ensuring we understood every aspect of the material really made a difference. Thanks to his support and guidance, I passed the course first time! Highly recommend the NICEIC Dunstable for anyone looking to take this qualification.

Another successful course completed…
Another successful course completed with certsure niceic. Course organisers communicated and updated me well and the course was delivered great by andy massey. 2391-52 & vehicle charging both difficult but managed to get me up to speed with knowledge which i now use in the field of work.

Poor Quality Training Course
Poor Quality Training Course. I attended the small scale solar PV course at Manchester. The venue (AC Marriott) I cannot recommend highly enough (5 Stars). The course and materials were lacking somewhat, lots of information to get through in a small timescale before an exam on the last day. There was a lot of information that was shown on slides that there wasn't time to write down and there were no handouts for this course which I think was the biggest issue. This meant you were unable to review information you had been told. The slides were full of errors which made trying to understand a new concept even more difficult than it should have been. Although I passed the exam I believe some would struggle given the amount of information to take in and there were areas where there wasn't enough detail to gain an in depth understanding.
