Applying for a loan with NHS credit union has been straight forward and they were quick to come to a decision, I would use this service again and would recommend to other people also

Easy to deal with. Very simple to do and no issues throughout. Was a few queries raised, but once documents were provided, this was rectified. Very smooth process

This is my first time with taking a loan. I do save with NHS CU and I must say that just the joining process and even the loan was the easiest thing ever. The in app messages are sometimes delayed which is understandable as it is not a WHATSAPP system. I have no complaints and thank you to Natalie for giving me all the information and guidance I needed for the loan .

Last time I applied for a loan was through bank years ago. I forgot how hard it was . But I felt with credit union you were kept up to date and Natalie was very helpful
