The professional service of my account representative has been outstanding and deserves 5 stars. The 1 star rating is focused on the fact that NGage Live Chat has not produced any valid leads or new clients.

So if we have not chatted with any relevant visitors from your website, you should not have a bill. Very happy with the service. Just started up thinking we didn't have much to lose by engaging with potential clients on our own website when we are not always available. Right away, we signed up our first contact and couldn't be happier. In fact, our client said that he specifically was impressed with our use of technology by having a real live chat feature on our website whereas most other law firms do not. Thanks Engage!

Ngage is the only chat service our law firm uses.
Service works as advertised, a rarity these days. Customer service is top-notch. This is the only chat service we use, and we use it on all of our websites and landing pages. Very cost-effective too. It's quite surprising given how bad Martindale's other product Nolo is that Ngage would be so great, but they definitely got it right with this one!

Superb experience
I have had an awesome experience with Ngage. My account manager has gone the extra mile. Without asking, he had his support team connect my CRM to Ngage via my CRM's API. I love that Ngage provides 24/7 live chat for my website visitors.
