I have ordered GLP 3 from Nexus and in…

I have ordered GLP 3 from Nexus and in my second month second week and I have not had any change at all. No weight loss, no loss in appetite. I’m at a point where I would be increasing dosage but don’t want to waste anymore money. Don’t want to speak negative of their product but it simply is not working for me. I don’t plan to use them any longer. Disappointed…

What we can speak to is composition. Every batch we sell is independently analysed by a third-party laboratory, and the certificate of analysis is published on the product page so the batch number on the vial can be matched directly against its test results. TERRIBLE

My experience with Nexus Peptides has been extremely disappointing.

I originally ordered a product that turned out to be out of stock. After waiting, I was asked to send additional money for a different product, only to be told that item was also unavailable. The entire process has been one delay after another.

It has now been nearly two months since I placed my original order, and communication has been terrible throughout. Getting a response from Jonas has been difficult, and when I do receive an update, it rarely leads to any resolution.

Most recently, I was provided with a FedEx tracking number that shows a label was created on June 3rd. As of June 12th, FedEx still has not received the package, and there has been no meaningful explanation as to why.

At this point, I feel completely misled and frustrated. I have spent far too much time chasing updates and trying to get answers. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before sending this company any money.

I have filed a complaint and will continue pursuing a resolution. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Nexus Peptides to anyone.

STAY AWAY.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We want to be fully transparent and address everything you raised.

First and foremost — we sincerely apologize. This is not how we operate and not the experience we ever want any customer to have. What you went through was genuinely unacceptable and we take full responsibility for the delays and poor communication.

To give some context for other readers: Burton's original order was for a product that turned out to be out of stock. We offered a full refund at that point. When we found an alternative, that item also became unavailable — again completely outside of our normal operations and we offered a refund again. We understand how frustrating this must have been and we deeply regret that it dragged on for as long as it did.

Regarding the FedEx tracking — the package has been shipped from our international warehouse. Tracking updates for international shipments only become visible once the package physically arrives in the US and is scanned by FedEx domestically. This is normal for international shipments and not an indication that anything is wrong.

We expect the package to arrive within the next few days. If for any reason it does not arrive we will issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked. We have never left a customer without their product or their money and we are not about to start now.

Burton, we would also like to make this up to you beyond just the delivery. Please reach out to us directly at support@nexuspeptides.com and we will make sure you are taken care of.

We are truly sorry and we are committed to making this right.

Don’t trust nexus peptides! I placed an order, paid them and now the contact phone is always busy and they won’t reply to any emails!

Update, nexus peptides did reach out to me and shipped the product, and it was quick and correct.
