I used Next Level Impact to complete the CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership and the CMI Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring, between February and April 2023.

I attained my CMI level 5 diploma in management and leadership with the help of Next Level Impact.
Having researched and engaged a number of providers I found that Next Level Impact are genuinely different in their approach.
They are a family run business and as such you will always be in contact with someone who will give you sincerer and honest advice. I found that at Next Level Impact, they listen to your needs and offer a course which is perhaps even better than you expected. The guidance you will receive will without doubt boost your confidence even if you feel uncertain. Whilst you can discuss the course material on zoom which I did initially, I found that the clarity of written feedback sufficient and enabled me to complete all units successfully.
I was impressed with the turnaround of my course work, sometimes marked within a couple of hours. The course material is of the highest standard as one would expect and after a discussion on how the system works I was able to begin working though the syllabus.

Very positive experience with Next Level Impact Training. Martin Rice's approach with the training and mentoring was excellent. There were a couple of glitches with access links and despite this being an IT issue with my organisation, Next Level sorted it out to ensure we had access to all we needed. They were professional, knowledgeable and completely committed to our successful completion being available at all times for queries and thoroughly supportive. I don’t normally leave reviews but the service I received was so great I must leave a review. I also want other people to save time searching and find a great training provider like I did - use Next Level Impact, you’ll be in great hands with them. I was searching for a training provider and it was hard to know who to go with, with so many training providers out there it felt like it was going to be pot luck on whether I found a good provider or not but I really hit the jackpot with Next Level Impact and I’m so pleased I found them.
