Quality ok
Delivery time was quick. But upon opening the package, the legs of the chair were scuffled, paint had come off on all the legs and there was a screw missing too.

Excellent speedy service
Excellent speedy service. Sofa took just over 1 week to be delivered and was great quality. Great communication on delivery time and date. Would definately recommend.

Delivery and assembly service.
Must've been first drop off, arrived to assemble sofa at 7am on a Saturday, with a 7-10am time slot. Done and dusted in less than 15 minutes. We opted for the free delivery and assembly and was delivered after a week. 5 star.

I bought a Chesterfield 3 seater from…
I bought a Chesterfield 3 seater from here a few months ago I have to honestly say it is the most uncomfortable sofa I have had in my life.
Thought we would get used to it but not the case.
Also it is not all leather don't be fooled read the small print.
On the plus side the service was excellent .(Shame the Sofa didn't match)

I am very surprised to hear you find the Chesterfield sofa so uncomfortable, It is one of our slightly firmer cushioned models but we generally get excellent feedback about this range.

Very pleased with our comfy new sofa
Very pleased with our comfy little sofa. We had seen the same sofa on a very well known department store's web site, same size and colour, priced £100/£200 more depending on chosen fabric, and 15 week delivery, so this was a bargain and 3 day delivery to front door.

The service was excellent and my reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that the colour of the chair was not what I expected as it had been described as cream but is actually more beige than cream.

Very positive experience
From ordering the sofa and chair and delivery, the service was excellent. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process which I am pleased to say was a speedy process. The delivery guys were fabulous and so helpful especially as we are an older couple with disabilities. This is the first time we have purchased our sofas online. Would I use this company again absolutely. Very positive experience.
