Hi Richard,
Thanks for taking time to leave your review, please be sure to let us know if you need any assistance in the future!
Kind regards,

The product was fine. The delivery was late. You are offered next working day delivery as the only option, supposedly free but obviously part of the product cost. However, I ordered 26th Dec, allowing 27th Dec as 1st working day, I would have expected delivery on 28th Dec. It was received 30th Dec. So I'm paying for a service I did not receive. If I knew it would be 3 days, I would have provided an alternative delivery address. Now, I have to send it on at my own cost. I wouldn't have minded a 3 day delivery but that is not an option available at the product ordering stage. Poor service.

Good Morning
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
We really appreciate the feedback that you have provided.
As you ordered during the Christmas period, there would have been a longer delivery time, I'm sorry that we didn't make this clear on the website at the time.
If you'd like to send the items back, I have sent you a separate email detailing the returns address.
Again please accept my apologies that the parcel was later than expected.
Please get back to us if you require any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Kelly

Well worth the money
Worked okay
I found a spare Nextbase Dash Camera but no longer had the charging cable. Found exactly what was required under Accessories on the Nextbase website. Just £10 including free shipping. It was delivered the next day. Very impressive customer service.
Does the job and came next day.everything worked out perfect
Easy to identify the correct lead. Arrived promptly
Needed the cable so that I could use my dashcam in my other car. Delivered very promptly. Impressed that post and packing was included in the price.
Brilliant value
Exactly each I needed
At £10.00 can go too wrong, this item worked to replace a dodgy wired in dash cam so it now has power when the car is on.
Good quality and a good lenght
A replacement for a cable damaged by delightful grandchildren 😉
Very quick delivery. Well packed and when fitted worked well.
Brilliant lead works so well and long enough for the job. Thank you.
The contact pin that connects to the fuse is easily lost. The unit works well… as did the original.. until I lost the contact pin !
Good quality and great service
Good product; good service ; good price.
Did not worked after half day. Had to go Halford’s to get a new one. Ridicioulos.
Well made and ideal for the job
