Have I been scammed by Next
I returned clothes on the 17 February, email received confirming receipt. I received an email telling me to contact them as they were having technical difficulties regarding certain refunds. I contacted them and they said they would process return. Despite trying to get the refund since early March , no refund has been received. Today I was told by a customer agent that it was sent on the 17 February (not what another agent told me ) and sent to my Barclays account. (Barclays does not operate in Ireland) Is this a scam by Next or their employees hoping that people won’t notice they haven’t received their refund

Consistently terrible service. Delivered the wrong size item three times before I eventually gave up and bought somewhere else.
Returns were relatively straightforward because I live near a store, but the store staff were equally useless at explaining why Next couldn’t deliver the item correctly.
Issue with search facility & filters!
I am a long term customer of next.
Never had any issues with the website in over 20 yrs! Untill recently!
I like to search & filter items, but

If I filter, for a colour or a size,
page is very slow to load, thinking about it?
Then returns me back the previous page,which is static. Eventually I get to where I have clicked on,but takes way longer than it should?

Blanchardstown lost order
I ordered a delivery to the Blanchardstown Store. I got two texts to say it was delivered. Drive to store only to be told parcel was not there. Wasted journey. Staff in collection area seemed very confused and said it hadn’t arrived. Checked online account and it says items have been delivered and collected. They have not. Needed the clothes for the weekend. Terrible service.
Theft
I ordered an extremely good deal for store collection. Email and website says I have 10 days to collect. After 4 days, my order is refunded because I failed to collect it. I really think someone working there, saw what a good deal it was and pocketed the item. I cannot rebuy. It was the last one!

I ordered blinds with in-store delivery to avoid paying extra for shipping. The store had a logistical problem and instead of sending them to store they sent it to my old address in a different city! After contacting customer service, they said they couldn't help me because I hadn't updated the new address in the app! Of course, I didn't because I always want to have them delivered to the store! The blinds cost 112 euros! I'm very disappointed!!!!

The worst customer service experience I ever had. Still waiting for my bed that should have already been delivered and they say that they chase up the delivery company and it is not their fault. I paid them, not the delivery company. It is their vendor. Avoid to keep your inner peace!

Next Sand Shower Resistant Trench Coat
I read reviews before I purchased this trench coat and because I like loose over sized coats I decided to buy my actual size. It fits perfectly and still big. Brilliant style and quality and looks great on. I’m 180 cm and size 14 on top so 14 was great if you like it loose. Go 12 if you want a a more fitted coat.

I had a frustrating experience collecting my order in Blanchardstown this weekend. The collection area was understaffed, with employees chatting while a long queue formed. I alerted staff to my presence but was told to remain in the queue. Eventually, one overwhelmed employee arrived from the back and was left to handle all customers alone. Despite her apologies and hard work, I found other employees downstairs socializing and indifferent to the situation upstairs. I believe this demonstrates poor management and a lack of customer focus.

I was invited as a loyal customer who pays a yearly fee for free deliveries to have access to their Christmas sales.
I was excited to order a number of items including new clothing for my little grandson. This was ordered on 23rd December.
After hearing no updates I enquired after them, I was told there was a delay.
I enquired again, this was after 2 weeks, they apologised again and sent me a £10 voucher.
I used this to order a diffuser, this didn’t appear and said there was a delay and then they couldn’t fulfil the order. I was offered a refund.
I have received part of the original order this week but one part was missing with more apologies.
I have cancelled it.
I have always had great service from Next including deliveries. Something has gone very wrong this year.

We ordered furniture in mid-December. At the time, the website advertised that all order placed then would be delivered before Christmas. Received a call that the next delivery dates to Ireland only started in mid-January! FALSE ADVERTISING
Since then, we have had a terrible experience.
-No details about delivery unless YOU ring them. No emails, texts, NOTHING
-Told it would be delivered 15/01 so took time off. NOTHING CAME. When I rang them, they said the trailer never loaded. They only rang me themselves at 7:30 PM to explain the situation further.
-16/01, no emails or texts again. I rang them and they told me half the package is missing???
The whole thing is a joke. Customer service are at least accessible (no AI chatbots, you can actually speak with a person) but it's obvious that their supply chain and delivery teams have no clue.
Still waiting on our furniture.

AVOID AT ALL Costs
I ordered a set of three matching curtain poles from Next on 3 November, expecting a straightforward delivery from a well-known, established brand. What followed has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had.
On 9 November, I received an email confirming that delivery had been booked for 21 November. That delivery did not take place, and no explanation was provided.
Instead, without any notice or communication, one single curtain pole was delivered late on 28 November. The parcel was labelled “1 of 1”, despite the order being for three items. This left me with one completely unusable pole and no information whatsoever about the remaining two.
From that point on, I have wasted hours of my own time on the phone to customer service trying to resolve an issue that should have been simple. On 7 December, I was told the remaining two poles would be reordered and given a delivery date of 19 December, later changed to 20 December following another call. Nothing arrived.
I was promised a €20 Next gift card as an apology on 9 December. It never arrived. When I rang again in early January, I was again promised a €20 voucher on 5 January. This also never arrived. These repeated assurances were meaningless and never followed through on.
Neha from the customer service team was involved at one stage, yet even then there was no ownership of the issue, no follow-up, and no resolution. Every call resulted in more explanations from me and more empty promises from Next.
As of 13 January, more than two months after placing a €300 order, I am still missing two curtain poles. I simply want the full matching set I paid for.
The missed delivery dates, lack of communication, broken promises, and the sheer amount of time wasted dealing with this make the experience unacceptable and far below the standard expected from a brand like Next.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs if ordering furniture. Ordered couch, supposed to take 8 weeks. Now waiting over 5 months. Failed delivery 3 times with no communication on their end, had to go chasing their customer service desk for answers, only thing they say is they outsource delivery so essentially not their problem. Incredibly poor service.

Ordered a very expensive piece of furniture in November. Waited until mid December for delivery. They only delivered 2 of the 3 boxes. Took a whole day to finally get through to customer service. Not nearly apologetic enough. Then could only deliver in January. Still waiting. Biggest insult is a €30 voucher which we still haven't received. Very bad communication throughout.
