Makes work harder instead of easier
I could have saved myself the money.
Lots of errors and no 1:1 transfer of data.
Variant images were not sent at all. After transport I have to correct each product. Creating a new product would be quicker and free.
Customer service wanted to answer, but I'm still waiting for an answer today.

We noticed that you submitted a support ticket, and our technical team promptly asked for access information to your source store and target store to diagnose and resolve the problems. However, we have not received a response from you for the past month. We are currently waiting for your response to proceed with resolving the issues, including the customized variant images and any other data discrepancies.

OpenCart to Shopify Migration
We wanted to migrate OpenCart to Shopify and had very, very specific requirements for the migration. NextCart team was able to quickly analyze the requirements and provide valuable feedback on the implementation. Once the order was registered, they've assigned a personal point of contact, who went through the requirement one by one and have implemented everything. Every step of the way, we were in touch and in control of the implementation.

In general it worked as design, but didn't do images as media, and didn't set awarded images in articlets which in joomla wasn't awarded. Support want additional money for that. I used plugin from another company and worked better.

Regarding your concern about images not being transferred as media and not being set as featured images for articles on Joomla, as you mentioned, since the articles on your Joomla website do not have featured images, they will also not contain featured images when migrated to WordPress. To address this issue per your request, we would need to extract the images embedded within the content of the articles and select one to set as the featured image. This feature isn't supported by default in both Joomla and WordPress platforms, so we'll need to customize your migration tool to accomplish this. Therefore, it's considered a custom job, and according to our pricing model, you'll need to pay an additional fee for it.
