Helpful, quick response, perfect data migration quality !! My license expired but with a minimal new license, I was able to do a delta migration a year after the initial migration. All the needed mapping rules and tables were still available on the Next-Cart side !!

The support team responded quickly and was very clear about what they needed to get to the root of the issue. Once that was provided, they quickly identified and resolved the issue. The communication was thorough and the explanation was complete. All of this was while I was on a free trial. I immediately purchased the migration tool.

I had to migrate an old and full of products ZenCart e-commerce (over 2,000 products!) to a new WooCommerce.

Their products and support are exceptional. I used them to transfer data from one POS to another and it worked perfectly. I had many questions and their support responded quickly and accurately on every question. I wish both POS vendors, the one I currently have and the one I was looking at switching to, had even 10% as good customer service as Next-Cart.
