I have been a customer for over a year at my primary residence. Now planning to sell and move into my second home full time. I called Customer Service to initiate a transfer of service to the other residence. Ms Emily Spenser, Sr Support Specialist assisted me with all of my questions; answered repeated emails and phone calls and was professional and knowledgeable every step of the process. Emily has a natural gift of Customer Service, not just trained or following a script. Employees such as Emily are hard to find and what makes working with Nexamp a pleasure.

I am not a Nexamp user but why would I want to make involved monthly bill comparisons in order to prove out a 10% savings? My advice to this company is to partner up with the utility company and show the savings on a single "monthly" bill. Unless that happens, I'm out.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently, Nexamp issues a separate bill because we operate independently from your utility provider. While the utility applies solar credits from your share of the community solar farm to lower your electricity charges, Nexamp bills you separately for those credits at a discounted rate, typically resulting in savings of about 10%.
We understand that a unified billing experience would be more convenient, and we are actively working with utilities, regulators, and industry partners to advocate for and support enhanced billing models in the future. Improving the customer experience remains a top priority for us, and feedback like yours helps guide these efforts.

Since signing up with Nexamp 2 years ago, we have been delighted with their providing exactly the supply when and at a cost that was promised. A seamless transition from ComEd for electric supply and no panels on our roof, but a discounted product that is beneficial for the environment. A win-win in our view.
