No where in the advert on Facebook does it say that Nex London Don is in China. The address is a London address; wish I had read the reviews first; highly disappointed already and I haven’t even received the thing.

To be fair they have communicated well with me, but all the reviews suggest it’s not safe to use; an Asian European plug and cable to short.

I hope to be surprised but feel I won’t t be.

I personally own 7–8 pieces from NEX, including the Hawaii Edition in the color Lanikai Amber. I constantly get compliments on my items. The color is beautiful, and the design is minimal but still hits all the right marks for functionality. The quality is great, and the storage capacity is wonderful.

I highly recommend the combination of the Weekender and the Book Bag — those two have received a lot of praise from people who see them. I knew they were something special when two different flight attendants complimented me on them (and trust me, they've seen plenty of great bags).

Overall, NEX has been a great purchase for me, and I'll definitely remain a customer. Totally recommend checking them out.

Cannot give 0 stars but that is what it deserves. False advertising - product not the one shown in pictures. Poor quality and stopped working completely after 6 weeks! Won't replace as warranty is only for 30 days! Complete scam do not buy from this site.

Cheap and nasty. Glad I didn’t pay full price totally hopeless and not as advertised. I too wish I’d seen these reviews before I purchased. Not fit for purpose.

Absolute cheap Chinese rubbish. I wouldn't even dare to plug it in let alone put it near my hair. I did have more success than other dissatisfied customers in contacting their Customer Service department and entered into dialogue. They offered me 20%, then 30% and finally 40% refund and told to keep the curlers. They refused a full refund unless I returned the item, which the post office told me would cost £23.00 as it had to be returned to CHINA. When I pointed out their website claim of "Free UK returns " this was consistently ignored. Their misleading advert seems to have reappeared on Facebook after an absence following negative comments

This is a SCAM! do not order from this website, if only I had read the reviews.... The hair waver is not what I ordered in terms what is advertised on their misleading website, it as named "Yueying" and is incredibly poor quality, the plug is a UK looking plug but very small compared to ours, when plugged in the device was buzzing! I didn't dare let it near my hair. As for a return and refund, no response from their customer services and on closer inspection return costs are not covered and not in USA or UK! £39 down the drain.. DO NOT ORDER THIS WAVER!!!!!!

Received hair waver today & I'm very disappointed. It's cheap & nasty & looks nothing like advertised. Going to ask for a refund but not hopeful after reading the other reviews. Avoid at all costs

I bought a hair waver. The quality of it is just awful. The first time I used it, it got up to temperature than switched itself off. I reported this to the so called customer service team and was asked to send a video. I went to do the video but then couldn't even unlock it. I sent a video where I clearly show me trying to open it but I just get a response saying I was using just the one hand. I sent them another with voice over to clearly show I was trying to open it with both my right and left hand. My knuckles were going white with effort! I still haven't heard what I want to hear and that is that I will be getting a refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You ARE entitled to a full refund particularly if you have lost confidence in the product and brand and so do not want a replacement. STAY AWAY from this company, you will be wasting your money! I will be contactung BBC Watchdog about Nex London.

Received a cheap very poor quality item which is nothing like the website. It’s so poor quality I would risk trying it.

Scam website. Do not use. They sent me a cheap plastic waver that looks nothing like the item pictured.

They sent me the wrong item (a very cheap looking hair waver with different controls and a much deeper wave pattern than pictured) and are refusing to refund me as they are expecting me to cover the cost of the return. Under UK consumer rights laws, I am entitled to a refund and the cost of return should be covered by the seller, but Nexlondon do not care about UK consumer rights. The return address is in China.

Scam. Very poor quality product. Not like on website. I won’t bother returning as I’m sure I’ll never get a refund.
Lesson learned

I ordered my hair waver and then read the reviews, the reviews really worried me. However, even though delivery did take a couple of weeks, I received my order and love the hair wave,bit looks exactly as expected and waves hair exactly as it does in the video. Very happy

This is a scam I received a hair waver not what I ordered it is named “yueying “ I have requested a refund to get my hair£44 returned

Do not use this company! Item ordered in November. Tracking says never dispatched, emails to them unanswered and ignored. Basically stole £40 of my money, they need closing down.

Do not buy from this company. Never knew the parcel had "arrived". Watched back on Ring Cam, the delivery man didn't attempt the door, and put my parcel straight in the bin that was on the front for collection. After several emails with NEX London, they basically told me to F*** Off, they delivered it so they're not going to do anything about it. It was a Christmas present, and the only thing that family member was going to have to open.

The Hair Waver arrived & doesn’t look like the product in the video. It’s very poor cheap quality & I could’ve bought the same level of product on other websites for around £10. That’s how cheap the product feels. Sounds like it would be hassle to return & might not get a refund.
