This is my third purchase from newretro.net. I cannot recommend the products or the customer service enough. Throughout my dealings with Sarah and other members of the sales team they have been extremely helpful and answered any queries I have had. SneakersI have ordered are always of excellent quality. The watch was in amazing package and the box looked a good a the watch. The watch looked even better in peson and very comfortbale and luxtury. Amazing customer service with each email.I was worth to wait during this COVID time. The best buy, too.

I am skeptical about this business and their practices, I've read the many reviews from the BBB and other review sites, many costumers bring out points that give away many red flags

- Adress is from Las Vegas, when you search the address it is not a warehouse or office, it is someones house that has a sign beside it saying Chiropractic Center.
- Returns and such go to Turkey? You tell me if this business is actually from Las Vegas or not, thats already a red flag they are from somewhere else
- They claim to make high quality clothing with no cheap materials, this is a lie. They drop ship from aliexpress and buy majority of their products from there, I advise any consumer to just order the clothes from Ali as its cheaper and you have a higher chance of getting your package and less headaches.

I made the mistake of purchasing an item from them because I thought it was a legitimate company, I first discovered them through Instagram and thought they were a trustworthy Retrowave merch store. I thought that the positive reviews were legitimate, but if you pay attention to a few keywords, many of the good reviews sound eerily similar with things like "good company, good shipping, received right away!". BEWARE OF THIS SITE, I highly advise you to avoid buying from here if you want to save yourself from a headache. If you want the clothing they sell go to Aliexpress, if you want to check out another trustworthy Retrowave merch store go to Akade Wear, it is run by the music group New Retro Wave and they have a far bigger reputation than Newretro.net, I also ordered from Akade Wear and received my order.

Save yourself from the stress and if you don't receive your shipping info, open a dispute with your bank as its quicker, your likely to receive your money back without arguing with customer service, and the company will just receive more of a bad reputation. Also spread the word via reviews such as this to warn consumers, another great way to report the company is through the BBB. With enough complaints the company can get in trouble and most likely close down or change their business practices.

Fishy company, doesnt keep there word and takes weeks to ship orders..

Order arrived when it said it would - clothes were fabulous, seriously stylish and fitted perfectly and the packaging was beautifully presented with a lovely free perfume inside.

I had a problem with shipping my product, and it was lost in the mail. Within 16 hours of my initial email, Joyce had a replacement sent out. The fastest, most friendly customer service I've EVER experienced!

I've waited a little over a month for a pair of shoes I ordered from this site. There's no excuse for this. I have received books ordered from Japan directly faster than these supposedly European shoes.

This is a scam site. Absolutely do not buy from them. The broken English in emails should be your first clue. I will be contacting my bank and charging back the order.

Ok so if basically this is not dropshipping, explain to everybody why when there is a promotion on an article, we can reboot the "promotion timer" easily by deleting cookies and reloading the website ? :)

Oh, yeah, that a simple trick used by website that want customers to buy fast as possible to prevent them to search informations about the company, the website, and other things (like check Wish, Ali express, and other Chinese clothes website :) )

I got my jacket and shoes around 2 weeks after I ordered them to NJ. These are very cool items.

I came across New Retro on Instagram while working on some graphics for one of my social media pages. I saw it had the same retro synthwave style I was into. Great designs and a cool look which easily catches the eye. So I decided to make a purchase despite the site being a .net address. Seeing that I had just ordered something from California and received it within 3 days I figured it wouldn't hurt to order from Vegas.

Well a couple weeks passed and I hadn't heard anything about my order. I contacted support and the female was very responsive. I was informed that my order was coming from a European distribution network and of course delayed because of covid. That is understandable so I continued to wait.

Then 30 says passed and still nothing. I was that my item would be there in 5 days. I waited 7 and still nothing. I was the offered a watch for my trouble but I only wanted my order and I declined. I realized that my name on the tracking said Aun****son which made it clear that New Retro was neither American or European.

I requested a refund and was told if my package didn't arrive on 7 business days I would be refunded. Well 10 days passed and there was no order. I requested a refund based on our communication and they told me the refund was processed and I should see the funds back into my account within 14 days. After 14 days nothing was ever returned, but my shoes arrived finally two days before I followed up about my refund. My glasses were missing and she refunded those.

At that point I didn't care about the merchandise. I wanted my refund as promised and they refused because the items had arrived. I told her that she agreed to refund me and she never did it. I told her I would call my bank and share this with everyone. They told me to go ahead and do whatever I pleased and that I wasn't entitled to a refund because they delivered the items.

So I contacted my back and I mailed them the full email chain and happy to say I received my full refund. A few things I learned about New Retro.

1. They have an office address in Vegas but the folks you come in contact with are not American hence the broken English in the email correspondence.

2. You should know your rights as a consumer. When a company says something and its financial they should stand behind their word. You bank is definitely here to look in your best interest.

3. The actual merchandise is after market and cheap materials. For the price I paid for my shoes I could have a much better pair of Adidas or something similar there the glue isn't showing on the shoe.

4. Website presentation isn't everything. They reeled me in with a cool website but I will think twice when I purchase from sites without a proven reputation.

5. People are really nice until they arent. In the end it was their blatant lack of integrity that lead to me needing to get my bank involved when all Sarah had to do was click a button.

This is a band of swindlers! Don’t deal with them! Your order will never arrive! Then they tell you that they can’t refund you for XXX’’ reasons.

Only had 1 issue with a particular product, but the store fully refunded my money and was very nice about it. I highly recommend shopping here. Just remember to be patient as orders may take several days before arriving. Definitely worth the wait😉

I love my shopping experience and the product that I have purchased. The shipping was fast it came really early.

I am impressed. I put an order for face masks yesterday and they are already just South of my destination. It is soo good to see some companies can stay honest through such devastating times and do what they can, when they can. Thank you newretro employees, employers, owner(s), and business associates. I saw their instagram and thought they had cool designs. I followed the instagram link to their online store and thought the prices were great too. I placed an order for a jacket on February 9, 2020. It is now February 21 and I have no confirmation email, no response back from email, and no response back from their Instagram.

Looking back at their website, there's good reason to think this is a scam.

(1) They list themselves as a Las Vegas based company, but the address is residential, not commercial.
(2) Their website has weird discrepancies which appear when a website is built from a cheap template. Their subscription tab says something to the effect of "Short line goes here about what people get when they subscribe."
(3) Finally and most strange to me is that if you read their terms of service you will see that all returns are directed to some address in Turkey. Obviously this is concerning for a company that claims to be based in Vegas. Why not receive returns in Vegas? Wouldn't that reduce shipping costs? Why ship all the way to Turkey?

The answer is simple: something suspicious is happening with this website. Do not trust. If you paid money, you should consider speaking with an attorney.

In sum. DO NOT trust. DO NOT pay for anything. This site is NOT legitimate.

First I’ll start with many discrepancies on their website: the company lists they are out of Las Vegas, even going so far as to post Las Vegas in the “Community” section of their Facebook page. THIS IS A LIE. I physically went to the address, given I live in Vegas, and it was nothing but a small house (not a warehouse- a pedestrian house) that was a mail front. I should’ve known then this company was sketchy, but I overlooked this. Months later I made my first order, but never received an order number or confirmation email. Three weeks pass and I receive nothing, now I’m starting to feel scammed. I contacted customer service and got a reply back from “Sarah C.”, Sales & Marketing Director. She explains to me that their company is a Delaware based LLC, something that of which is not listed anywhere on their website Or respective social media- another red flag. She tells me the Vegas location is a warehouse and letter receiving center (it’s a house) and that “due to the state of emergency with customs (likely due to the Coronavirus outbreak or so I’m left to assume, although if you’re company is U.S. based, I’m not sure why this is an issue), shipments within US borders have been extended” and that my product had shipped on January 16, 2020. Again, no order or tracking number was ever provided, but she knew exactly what I’d ordered.

By February 10th still not having my package arrive, I make the attempt to call the phone number listed for Customer Service on the website: it rings 5 times then disconnects, hanging up on me. Another red flag, which at this point I’m left feeling completely scammed and questioning the legitimacy of a Non-BBB accredited company, claiming to have been around since 2008. Even the validity of other positive reviews appear sketchy to me, given there are key words in each that look to deliberately go out of their way to depict a company with “great customer service“ and “fast shipping”, as well as being updated as recently as 2 days ago Further, if due to states of emergency in the postal service, wouldn’t a proactive company post that there may be delays in shipping due to this on their social media accounts? That’s just a good heads up in the customer service department, but who am I to think logically?

Going forward, I can’t say I’d ever instill my trust in this company ever again and neither should anyone else. Consider this a warning, and I the cautionary tale.

I've been shopping for a few years at new retro and I have never had any troubles. Really lovely clothes and service !!

I've loved them for years. Their range is usually just my style and I LOVE it great prices for organic cotton :). I am allergic to certain synthetic fibres and they usually have plenty of options in 100% cotton for me and almost my entire wardrobe is NewRetro.net. Quick postage from the website too. Big fan!
