Great buying experience. Markus did everything he could to answer my questions, including being transparent on the watch condition, having the watch tested by his watchmaker and contacting the manufacturer for more information. The watch was delivered safely and quickly. The watch is superb.
I had a fantastic experience with them. Their response time was speedy, and every communication was clear, professional, and helpful. What impressed me most was their deep knowledge of watches — they answered all my questions with confidence and detail, clearly demonstrating years of expertise in the field. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable watch dealer. Thank you for the excellent service!
Five star experience through and through.
Marcus went to extra mile in all areas - delivery, additional questions and asks.
Will happily buy my next watch from New Quartz Crisis also.

I bought a watch from Marcus and the experience was very positive. So I also tried to sell another watch through New Quartz Crisis and very quickly there was a buyer thanks to the trustworthiness and correct advertisement with good pictures. Transaction went quickly and correctly! Very good practice.

Helpful and top notch communication. Watch in better condition as described and well packed in a quality watchroll. They really overdelivered.
I bought a watch from New Quartz Crisis recently, and had a wonderful experience. Markus was excellent to work with, and answered all my questions quickly. The watch arrived quickly and was packed well. The condition of the watch was even better than in the photos, and looks incredible. Overall I had a great purchase experience, and would highly recommend buying from New Quartz Crisis again.
Great communication, fast shipping, and always looking on how to help the costumer. Highly recommended!!
I initially confirmed my order but changed my mind twice, reverting to my original idea. Throughout this process, Marcus displayed patience, offering valuable assistance without any hint of pressure. It's rare to encounter a sales representative who prioritizes customer satisfaction over making a quick sale.
Couldn't be happier, watch was shipped and packaged perfectly, watch came with everything described in sale post and is in even better condition than I expected. Absolutely perfect transaction, amazing deal, thank you
