I ordered a LA Dodgers truckers hat for my Son glfor Christmas. Paid full price for it , got the hat in there is a pricing sticker on the hat $6 cheaper than I paid. I contact them & was told. What i paid was the price, period. Contacted them 3 times on it. So I decided to return it. Sent it back, they had the hat in there possession for 3+ weeks, it took 4 emails to get my refund. They have no integrity. Would never deal with them again..

Wish I had read reviews earlier. I made a large order for the holidays. It took forever to ship, and they only give you 30 days from the purchase date, not arrival day. This gave me less than 20 days to return the item.

The site says some items are eligible for exchange and to contact their support. I only needed to exchange one item for a different size so I contacted support. Support informed me that they do not offer exchanges, and will not price match on previously bought merchandise. This back and forth caused more delays and less time for my return. They offer zero exceptions, routing you to an automated support queue.

I would only buy if you’re 100% certain and can’t find it on a different sight with a more standard return policy.

If I could give a zero i would i just order two hats a raider and dodger one... their bullshit app defaulted a old address versus current one.... when order placed I spent next 2 minutes email customer care they return message with a try to change...1 minute late I receive order shipped.... now im down 2 new hats and 35$ ... they have the nerve to say they got proof of delivery.... not to me.... wtf does a houston home want with raiders and Dodgers merch....

You can’t make this stuff up. I ordered a Dodgers cap as a Christmas gift and was sent a Kansas City hat. I sent them pictures of the KC hat that had the Dodgers price sticker on it. They sent me a return label and then proceeded to charge me an $8 shipping to return it CRAZY!!!

Horrible company. I bought a nice hat for my dad for Christmas and it came super late. It didn’t fit him and the return policy is terrible, I couldn’t exchange it. Instead I had to send it back for a refund and then re purchase. It took forever for the refund to go through and they only refunded $45 of the $57 I spent on the hat. They also do not respond when you ask for help. I will never buy from New Era again, at least from their online website. I recommend double checking everything if you do decide to purchase from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It took 4 weeks to get the wrong order. Then they say, here's a bunch of instructions to send it back to China! I bought a jacket for my girlfriend on Black Friday. I got 50% off. They sent the wrong product. The product I ordered is now out of stock! Then they say I'm only going to get 25% discount once I reorder. There is no way in hell I would ever order anything from this trash ass company again! Save your money and your pain and suffer. They screwed up and now the want to upcharge me to reorder the same product. Absolute BULLSHIT!!!!

I received a gift for Christmas and it didn’t fit. I have the original receipts and tags are still on. It was purchased in October and I was unable to return even for store credit.
The person who gave me the gift saved all her money for it and now it’s wasted. The XL is definitely not a true XL.

I got the hooters hat and thought it was perfect, then pulled it right out of the box and looks like nothing of the hat it showed, it was smushed and full of wrinkles.

Sent me the wrong size hoodie that I ordered for my partner for Christmas - a 3XL when I ordered a small - and said they are unable to replace the item. All they provided me was a 25% off code to order again from them (which I will not be doing because the hoodie is way more expensive now) and said they would refund me for the cost of the item, but are not refunding me the shipping charge. Very poor customer service that shows no accountability for the mistake they made.

Customer service sucks, no one helps when you’re missing items or give updates on the next steps. They continue to miss items when purchasing more than 2 items at once and will mark as delivered. There’s no way to speak with anyone, the number disconnects you after a minute and will say no one is available. This website is a huge scam and will not recommend shopping here. 0 stars for this company

I ordered a 2025 Salute to Service Buffalo Bills beanie as my first purchase and used a first-time discount code. Unfortunately, the package was stolen from my front porch. I provided New Era with doorbell camera video showing the theft and asked if a replacement or accommodation was possible, but they refused to replace the item.

I then reordered the same item when it was listed at 30% off and also used a 20% app discount as a first-time app purchase. One to two days later, New Era unexpectedly canceled my order without explanation. When I contacted customer service to ask why, I was given no reasonable or clear reason for the cancellation.

At this point, the item is back to full price, and I am no longer able to use any of the discount codes I previously applied. Between refusing to assist with a documented theft and canceling a legitimate reorder without explanation, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected better customer service from a company of this size.

They sent me 2 damaged items. I immediately contacted them to try to get them exchanged as well as sent pictures of the defects. They told me they do not do exchanges and only returns. When I explained that the cost I paid was lower then the current price and I would also have to pay for shipping as I originally ordered 5 hats and got free shipping, they said they would not honor the original price nor offer free shipping even though they sent me faulty products and this was no fault of my own. When I asked for them to properly honor the prices I paid, they said they don't do price watching! Huh? WTF kind of scam are you running? DO THE RIGHT THING!!!! It also seems like its not even a real person or it's just a person sending automated responses which don't address the issues but rather pass the buck.

This company is the worst! The only way to contact them is through email and they don't respond. I finally received a refund for a cap that I ordered in October but never received. It took 45 days!

I will never order anything from this company again. My order was supposed to be delivered by 11/28/25… it is now 12/8/25. And nobody can tell me where the 150 dollars worth of hats is. It’s ridiculous. Keep the money. I don’t want a refund. But I will never spend another dime with an inconsiderate, unprofessional company. You SUCK!

Sent me the wrong item. It was the correct barcode of the item I ordered on the incorrect hat. Customer service told me I did receive the item I ordered, and then tried to get ME to pay return shipping to send it back. New Era does bad business because they don’t know how to label a product correctly, and I get to pay more and wait longer! What a great deal and way to show your customer you think they’re no better than garbage! Don’t worry though, no phone customer support. They only use chat and the same predetermined prompts. Cassidy, the rep who “assisted” me, made me feel like I was somehow in the wrong. Just send me the correct $3 in material and labor cost hat and admit you guys screwed up. I’ll burn the incorrect one, along with every other new era hat I own.

Absolutely the worst to deal with. You email them and they send you back the same bs auto generated email in response. Complete joke. You need someone answering phones. Not emails. We need to speak to someone live. Also when. Someone places and order they should be able to fix any errors there may be. Then when you ship out an item knowingly knowing thiat its going to the wrong address and you've disregarded all my emails and calling FedEx is a joke also. Because you put in there only you can change the address but when I email you your response is you can't. Screw you and you overpriced trash. I should be able to pick up my package at the FedEx location near me. It's going there anyways and I'm 5 minutes from the placement. Totally unreasonable. Lost a customer. I will never buy another New Era hat as long as I live not for me or my son.

Ordered a hat, they say it's in stock and there's an issue with releasing it. Been over a month, they just won't send it. It makes no sense why they're not sending it. Very unprofessional company

Ordered a cap as a gift. Was expecting it to come when I get a cancelation email from them . No explanation, other than its canceled. So i reached out to customer service and the response I get is it happened at the the warehouse! Bad response, bad customer service, bad business.

This company seems determined to squeeze money out of customers any way they can. I ordered a hat, noticed right away that the size was wrong, and emailed them to cancel the order less than two minutes later. They told me they couldn’t cancel it but that I could return it for a refund. When the cap arrived, I sent it back immediately. They then kept $8 as a non refundable shipping fee, and the rest of the refund has been dragging on for weeks. They received the return on November 6 and as of the 25 I still haven’t seen the refund. Every time I email them they tell me to wait a few more days.

Don't but from this company. Customer service lies they will not honor shipping times. If you pay for expedited shipping you might as well just thrown your money away.
