Thank you so much for our little slice of heaven! He is the sweetest addition to our family. Despite the long journey to Hong Kong and the hot weather he’s settled in remarkably well and has well and truly captured our hearts. NewDoggy were just amazing throughout the whole process from advice, questions we had, updates, training, shipping and more. The kindness and desire fore our pup to be placed with the right family was very clear. We are beyond happy with our little pup. NewDoggy came highly recommended and for good reason. Excellent Dog – Outstanding Service
I got my Beagle female Biski 5 years ago from NewDoggy.com Biski came from a very good breeder, she is very well socialized and healthy. The process of getting her from Europe to Hong Kong was smooth and I was kept informed throughout the journey.
After Biski’s arrival, we are still in touch with NewDoggy and I have referred to them many of my friends who eventually also got their pups from NewDoggy and we have NewDoggy furkids gathering in HK from time to time. Our NewDoggy furkids are gorgeous and healthy, and people can immediately tell that our furkids are pure breed, look different from those bought from local pet shops. Me and my friends are happy with our furkids and we thank NewDoggy. If you would like a good bloodline and healthy puppy, I highly recommend NewDoggy.

Treat dogs like items, only care about money, send sick animals
Worst company ever. They sold us a dog with a 2nd degree luxating patella that gradually became worse. Two separate certified vets confirmed it’s a genetic disorder. I informed them about the case, and much to my shock after almost a year of having my dog, the owner offered to SEND HIM BACK and GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT DOG. Seriously, what kind of treatment is that? They treat dogs like pieces of meat and don’t care about their wellbeing. I can't even imagine what would have been done to him.
I will also add when our dog arrived, he was clearly very drugged. In the beginning I thought it was from the trip but we have taken him on several trips by plane and car, and he's always with a normal attitude. He was sloppy slow walking for 3 days after he arrived, clearly drugged as hell.
Reviewing the reviews on google and elsewhere, they all seem fake. There’s either only 1 review comments from fake bot accounts or fake “American” names.
If you try to find them on google maps, they are with a registered name “Vehb” that clearly doesn’t look like a proper business, a very shady looking street in suburbs with no signs, looks like somebody’s garage. Makes you wonder where they actually operate.
Don’t trust them. Don’t spend your money, as that’s all they care about.
Edit: the fact that they think I must be asking for a second free puppy is insane and just shows how they treat the dogs like transactional pieces of money… I sent them an entire video of my dog limping with one leg the whole time. Quoting my vet “Everyone is mistaken except the breeder.” Says all you need to know. And the so called director Geza Guncler called me only once he saw my review out of fear that his scam will be found out. After my initial feedback, he didn’t reply for weeks and only after several follow ups he finally said he “had covid”…

We were sorry to read your review and actually we consider it as a baseless slander.
Your puppy is coming from a genetically checked bloodline. Before sending him to you more than a year ago, last March, he was checked negative by an independent vet and after his arrival, you arranged a health check too, proving that he did not have any health issues. Your feedback word by word was this:
’Yes all went well. He said Alpi was perfect’.
After one year you came back claiming that your puppy, Alpi has Luxating Patella which started 5 days earlier and might require surgery. YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO PRESENT ANY VET REPORT AND YOU COULD NAME WHICH LEG WAS AFFECTED AND TO WHAT GRADE. Later to answer our questions you said both legs were affected and both were grade 2. According to general vet practices Luxating Patella grade 2 doesn’t require surgery and with proper care a small puppy like Alpi can live a perfect life. We became and still are very concerned about Alpi condition and if he is treated properly.
To check Alpi’s health and provide proper care we offered to take him back, to have a proper vet check and treatment with us and we wanted to place him in a home where they can take a better care of him. We have also offered you a replacement puppy. After our proposal, you went silent and not even answered our calls.
All in all we are convinced that you only wanted to abuse our health guarantee and get a second puppy for free. Reading your online reviews on other companies, it is clear that you are trying to get free ’replacements’, and if refused you simply leave a very negative review.
Regarding your other claims, what to say, total nonsense and slandering our other customers who left positive reviews – any of them can be contacted and will confirm their opinion.
We are still open to finding a solution to this conflict but for this we need you to answer our calls.
