Whilst I'm generally a supplement skeptic, this product ticks a lot of boxes for me. I'm confident in the knowledge that the ingredients are well researched and the founder genuinely cares about the function of each component.

As a dad of 2, business owner doing between 10-12 hour days whilst training for ironman I’ve tried every pill, powder and potion possible looking for a magic result that isn’t there. I messaged the guys at newbeing and ordered myself a months supply after finding them on instagram.

Now I’m not going to say I started taking it and was cartwheeling out of bed at 5am
But after consistently taking it for a month my energy levels stabilized to a point where training and work in the evenings wasn’t such a slog or so dependent on caffeine and my over all mood was improved.. not dramatically but enough for me to sit back and think yeah something is working here!

It simplified taking all the supplements I try and and forget to into one easy drink which I take the moment I wake up before I have a coffee..

I honestly love this product. It's a super simple way of getting my different supplements in one go. The fact it's got creatine, vitamin d, zinc, electrolytes and more all in one drink makes it very unique, and on top of that it tastes great and is really easy to drink.

Honestly, ive been using supplements my entire life, and having a product that is properly dosed, conveniently packaged and actually tasting decent is not something that comes by often. I think theyve really nailed a gap in the market here.

Everything I need in one, saves time, saves money and saves forgetting to take the vitamins and supplements I need on a daily basis.

I've been taking Newbeing for about 10 weeks now, and honestly, I just feel really incredible. I have always taken supplements, and I've always taken care of myself, so it's quite hard for me, when I'm at a certain level of health, to feel additional benefits these days.

What I found with Newbeing is that it keeps me so incredibly consistent: just one drink every day instead of me and a cupboard full of rattley pill jars and powders. It's just meant that every day I do something good for me and good for my body.

Now, the biggest thing that I think has contributed is that it's helped me to sleep better. By sleeping better, I have more brain power, and when I have more brain power, I have more positivity. That positivity, coupled with the science-backed supplements inside Newbeing, like creatine, for example, has really helped. The benefits of creatine are well documented for your body and for your brain. Things like magnesium have really helped with my sleep. Vitamin D, for example, is a really good all-rounder, and B12 and all of these things inside Newbeing have slowly been contributing to something greater: a very positive outlook on life.

That means that when I'm in the gym, I'm lifting heavier. When I'm riding my bike, I'm riding faster. When I'm at work making key decisions, I'm making better ones. It's all down to just getting the simple foundations of health, sleep, rest, recovery, optimising, and just making a very, very small tweak to my daily diet: just adding Newbeing. Probably the first time I've written a review for a nutrition product... and for good reason.

For background, I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years, have an MSc in Performance Nutrition and a PhD in Molecular Biology. I scrutinise everything with a fine tooth comb as the supplement industry is extremely saturated and, unfortunately, poorly regulated. It therefore comes at substantial surprise when I find that A) the formulation is transparent and makes sense from a mechanistic standpoint, B) is dosed with evidence-informed amounts of C) high quality ingredients and D) I believe will genuinely provide a good return of investment to the consumer.

The core product contains a mindfully-selected array of micronutrients in bioavailable forms that the average person is most likely to lack in their daily diet due to the barriers that the busy lifestyles of today present; as well as extras like creatine and core electrolytes that help support both a healthy but also a more active lifestyle.

All packaged into a pleasant to drink once per day scoop of naturally flavoured powder with no artificial inclusions that is vegan compliant.

I've been taking Newbeing for about nine months, and am really impressed. Nice packaging, and I love the metal scoop and shaker. The product tastes great, and is so convenient as part of my morning routine.
Whilst you might be able to get 'similar' supplements for a slightly cheaper total price, I'm not aware of anything that matches Newbeing for the relevance, high quality, and optimum dosage of ingredients, at a reasonable price.

For the first time I’ve actually found a supplement that consistently helps with my performance and recovery. It’s a premium product that gives premium results.

I’ve been using New Being as part of my morning routine and the biggest thing for me is just how simple it makes everything. I was already taking things like creatine, electrolytes and magnesium separately, so having them all in one drink saves a surprising amount of faff first thing in the morning.

It tastes good, mixes easily and fits really well around training and work, especially on the days I’m up early and trying to get out the door quickly.
