I purchased 2 different sweaters. They are true to size, not undersized at all, so order your normal size.
The quality is good.
There was an issue with accessing my building for delivery but I contacted their customer service via email. They responded in minutes and the package was delivered the next day.

Great clothing and great customer service! I had to exchange a pair of pants for a different size and they made it super easy while also tossing me a discount code!

Hey, the shipping time was stunning and it came without any damage. The clothes are very well made and im happy with my stuff and im looking forward to purchase more from NEV in the future.

Good clothing and good prizes from my point of view. Got one pants in the wrong size, but instead of an expensive return shippment they offered the same pants in the right size for 30$ extra, whats below the original prize, and i can keep the old one. Support was fast, Donna was very kind and friendly. Just can recommend :)

When I accidentally ordered my sweater in the wrong size the Nevstudio team was really supportive in fixing the issue extremely fast.

Made a mistake with an order and sent out an email as soon as I can being very detailed. Got an email back a bit after saying that someone would get to me in 24 hours. Then got another email later in the day that my email will be responding to soon. Then next day got a response. They were not kidding about their time of response and were able to help with my order with the upmost efficiency as well as giving me a 20% off discount for my troubles. This is what customer service needs to be more like now and days. Thank you so much.

I spoke with the customer service and they provided me with a replacement with no issues, very satisfied and happy with their products and quality of their brand.

Nevstudio is very fast and efficient - After putting my order through, they had it processed and shipped much faster than expected. (A different company I had previously ordered from took almost 2 months whereas Nevstudio took a week, at most).
They are also accommodating - I had a sizing mistake and after seeing it, required customer service support. The support team was very quick in replying and giving me viable and a wide range of advice/options. My issue had been promptly sorted and because of this, I can't wait to order more in the future!

I ordered pants that are too small and when I have uphole to see how to do it, I was served with great kindness

Well my parcel got lost,
then they tried to resend me the items but they werent in stock anymore.
So they offered me rather gift cards or to replace those items. Sure I am mad, cause I didnt get my items, but they did everything to make me happy. Also they are very kind. The only thing I would criticize is that they are not avaible all the time so you have to be patient

Amazing customer service. The quality of the clothing is also really good. I had an issue about a certain clothing that i had recieved and asked them what options i could do for another but different size and they were quick to help find a solution. Definately worth the money and wait for it.

They cancelled two items I had, however they were replaced.

I had placed in order but due to the order not being able to make it in time I email them to cancel and just like that I was refunded

Great costumer service! Unfortunately, the item my réengager wanted was out of stock. I was offertes options and I choose to get à refund. It was donne quickly!

The customer service was awesome they were able to change the size for me like a day after I ordered which was amazing.
