New recipe Nescafé latte sachets are truly disgusting. Not sure why Nescafé are opting not to address the clearly overwhelming negative response.

Ued this for years but the taste has gradually changed it doesn't even smell like coffee now, and no l haven't had covid and am not a smoker.l am now searching for alternative.

Ich habe immer Dolce Gusto Kapseln lungo gekauft. Man hat es bemerkt wie die Qualität nachgelassen hat.
Das hat nichts mehr mit Kaffee zu tun.
In der Zukunft werde ich das Produkt vermeiden. Ich empfehle es auch niemanden. Nur grauslich.

It’s awful now

Iv been buying nescafe for years and now I'm gonna have to change brand, I'm just not having that taste of coffee anymore,it's so bland,not enjoyable to drink.

The new sachets are impossible to open without resorting to scissors. I used to be able to simply tear off the top - now I cannot!

Go back to old recipe this is too sweet does not taste of coffee and smells awful. Have had the original product for years they keep reducing the grams and getting away with it, but this new version is undrinkable I think Nescafe should change the tasters they have and revert to a better product and adjust the price accordingly

Nescafé Gold Latte I’ve enjoyed this for a few years. This was one of the best Latte mixes out there it’s now watery and too sweet they have reduced the coffee and added more sugar horrible drink now why change something that was a really good latte I will be looking for an alternative

Same as everyone else. Far too sweet. I actually went round all the supermarkets and stock piled all the original boxes. I've now run out so will reluctantly change to unsweetened cappuccino. Not happy 😒

As a long time buyer of nescafe gold latte sachets i am so disappointed with the new receipe, it is sickly sweet and dosn't even taste like coffee, I buy 8 boxes a week and stock up when they are on offer,after the ones I have are gone i will no longer be buying them, I agree with all the negative comments about them, please change back to the old recipe or sell both side by side,

I used to enjoy Nescafé latte but suddenly the new and improved has gone super sweet and I don’t enjoy sweet. Please bring back the old and improved or will be looking for another brand less sweet

Nescafé latte new improved flavour is absolutely disgusting I won’t be buying it again unless they bring back the old formula. Gone on to buy kenco tastes much better

Bring back the old recipe new latte is far too sweet after the first one the rest went in the bin total waist off money I won't be buying anymore

I can’t believe that people are so disgusted with Nescafe’s new sickly, sweet Latte that they have taken to reviewing it on Trust Pilot as well as online supermarket reviews. I am afraid Nescafe just don’t get it and are saying people prefer a sweeter taste. Really? Why so many negative reviews then? If people prefer a sweeter taste it is easy enough to add extra sugar at home. They are also suggesting people buy the Cappuccino Unsweetened instead - but Latte and Cappuccino are not the same drink.

Maybe Nescafe's real agenda, as someone else on here suggests, is to replace some of the more expensive coffee with cheaper sugar under the guise of "New improved flavour?"

I used to buy this regularly but have stopped buying it since they changed the recipe. I won't be buying it again.

I am very very disappointed that Nestle has changed its recipe for Nescafe Gold Latte. The new recipe is absolutely awful. It is far too sweet and watery. BRING BACK THE OLD RECIPE AND STOP MAKING CHEAPER VERSIONS UNDER THE GUISE OF "New Improved Flavour" AS IT IS NOT.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one who finds the "great new taste" latte too sweet. I look forward to my latte treat but I can't tolerate this revamped taste and won't be drinking it any longer. Why change the original which was perfect. Please please bring back the old original gold latte.

Another plea to bring back the old Nescafé latte recipe. My morning latte was a real treat that I would look forward to but the new ones taste horribly sweet and I cannot drink them anymore. Please change back to the old recipe!

Absolutely fed up with Nescafé latte sachets. In a world where we are told to eat less sugar they changed the recipe added more sweeteners and therefore 60 calories becomes 75. Don’t buy.

The new latte recipe is sickeningly sweet. I’d prefer the old recipe; it tastes more coffee than sugar. Hopefully, they will listen to the consumers’ feedback and revert to the old recipe.
