Love this tallow balm! I used it overnight and woke up to the softest skin. I have now set aside my other moisturizers and use tallow balm exclusively. I've also placed another order so I can use it all over and not run out.

The Neptune tallow balm is exactly what I needed after moving to a desert climate! My entire experience was top notch. When my shipment arrived, one jar was broken and when I notified the company, I had a replacement balm sent to me very quickly. I really appreciate excellent customer service and look forward to trying out more of these great products, thank you!

I love this product! My skin has been so dry this winter and the tallow balm has been helping me so much. I’ve used it once a day for about week now and my skin feels so much more plump and soft. The balm also smells good unlike some other tallow I’ve used. I had a small issue with delivery and the customer service was amazing. They responded quickly and were so nice and helpful.

Really enjoy the tallow balm! Absorbs quickly and provides great hydration and protection for skin in the cold winter months.

So…..I order this product twice now….and the first time it came in an all plastic container with a looser more jelly consistency. This time it came in a glass jar and has a more balmy texture….im not sure why the difference?? But it still does work….both times I was satisfied with the moisture added to my skin!

I love this stuff, I immediately put the balm on my face, and it absorbed right into my skin, as if it was dying of thirst. I have chapped lips because of the cold weather in Chicago and my lips healed almost instantly. I have no sensitivities I noticed no pungent smell. It’s got a light fresh scent of nature. I don’t know what the long term use of it is yet, but I love this stuff for any part of my body my elbows, my knees, my heels absolutely wonderful thank you

Overall nice product. Shipping a tad slow, and one of product came damaged. Neptun replied to emails withen 48hrs, and stated they will ship a replacement. Product itself is nice non greasy and absorbs well.

I have been using this product for a while in replacement of my Tatcha Dewy Skin moisturizer, and it works so beautifully! I love how natural it is as well. On my second jar of this product, I received it in the mail and the product was a little bit off. I emailed customer service and they were so quick to respond and very understanding. The immediately sent me a new product and apologized for the inconvenience. I highly recommend!

39 yr old female with extremely sensitive, combination of oily and dry skin, and consistent acne since puberty. I have been using the tallow and honey balm on my face for 2 months. I really enjoy my tallow balm. It keeps my skin looking great and feeling great. I use it for my face and neck primarily and recently started using it for my hands and arms. This stuff works great.
