Words can't describe how amazing Neokit and Elvis have been. Our kitchen was designed and then redesigned a couple of times as we wanted to change a few things around. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Elvis, he was literally just a phone call away. He offered the best advice and showed me exactly what the kitchen would look like step by step. Elvis went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything right until the very end. The kitchen was fitted by Andy who did a great job and made sure everything was completed to perfection. Thank you Neokit for doing an amazing job!

I ordered a Kitchen with Neokit , from the first call, a guy called Elvis came and designed the kitchen, gave me a price there and then , I booked it and within a month it has been fitted, Elvis has kept me updated on the whole process…….can’t fault them at all. I would recommend them to everyone. Want to thank them on the great job that’s been done .

I just want to thank Peter my fitter absolutely fine a great job my kitchen is totally transformed we had a few hick ups at the start but elvis and Lucy sorted and again went over and above to sort the problem

Amazing experience with NeoKit kitchens from the start to the end😊😊
All proccess took only 2 weeks from kitchen design to the fitting.
We've had minor issues during the process but they were rectified without any delay.
I will like to say massive Thank you to Lucy, Elvis and fitter Peter. Very professional team, very helpful.
Look like they are working all day and all night to make customers happy.

I had a complete change from before and Elvis must have dreaded me ringing and changing the design so many times before it was finally started

I was skeptical to use a "not very known" company to do our kitchen but after looking at the finished Kitchen I'm glad we went with Neokit.

Our kitchen looks great and we've already got compliments from friends and family. The service from design to finish was excellent. Elvis is very knowledgeable and has great design ideas.

Our fitter Peter and the bloke with him were excellent and finished the job in just 4 days. We've had minor issues during the process but they were rectified without much delay.

Overall great experience and I will recommend Neokit and their professional fitters.

I just had my kitchen from Neo Kit and from when I first contacted them, to having the design consultation and then finally having it fitted the service was fantastic! All the staff are a great pleasure to work with Lucy's customer service, Elvis knew exactly what I was after and delivered. The delivery of the kitchen and fitters were so punctual and tidy and made sure everything was done bang on. We're so glad we chose to go with Neo Kit. Thank you.

We had an extremely pleasant service with Neokit Kitchens. I had been looking for an affordable kitchen as had to also do some ground work before the kitchen was installed so I had a tight budget. Elvis can to measure the kitchen and gave me some really good advice. In the middle of our Kitchen installation, we had to go on Holiday for sometime and Elvis took care of all deliveries and alterations of the Kitchen. Best service ever and I recommend them again and again. The kitchen fitters are amazing too couldn’t ask for more.Thank you 🙏🏾 Neokit Kitchen Amazing job.

Elvis from Neokit came out to do my kitchen plan and took on board everything i wanted and added a few great ideas i hadn't thought about. Excellent communication from start to finish including dates, times etc of many deliveries. Very good quality of units and appliances, much better than others id looked at and better value also. Had a few small issues but Elvis went above and far beyond to rectify so I now have an amazing kitchen that I absolutely love. would highly recommend Neokit, elvis and all the team thank you elvis for making my dream kitchen become reality.

Ok,we were very wary of using a new company...But how GLAD we are that we gave neokit a chance.
From start to finish Elvis,Lucy & fitter Andy were Amazing, going the extra mile to get us our beautiful kitchen and everything we wished for.
We had contact thoughout,with full details of what was happening with deliveries and fitting.
Andy the fitter was lovely and extremely talented in his work.
(Arriving on time daily,talking us through what he was doing,and Worked non stop.leaving everything tidy at the end of each day)

Elvis even rang the day after completion to see if everything was ok.
Elvis,lucy & the team put there whole heart into trying to please their clients,which is unusual these days.

I'm really pleased with my new kitchen. Neokit created a thoughtful design that met my brief of maximising work surface, it even included a set of deep drawers that none of the other kitchen design companies had considered. The fitter was excellent and the manager came round during the fit to check everything was OK. One item was incorrect but that was sorted without any fuss or delay. I would recommend Neokit if you want a stylish, well made kitchen, without the sky high price tags.

First class kitchen and service I was worried about buying a kitchen online, but Neo Kitchens put my mind at ease. They walked me through every step and helped my design look better. My kitchen looks amazing , I can't believe i got what i wanted at such good value for money 10/10, would use again

Great service from start to finish. The team came and measured up and kept us up to date, installers were perfect and we saved probably 40% against other competitors

Poor poor customer service!I contacted by the company director {name redacted} last week (6th April) and was repeatedly told he had my address, I won’t be intimidated! This was followed by a call from his wife {name redacted} aka Dr {name redacted} from a withheld number. I had a contract cancelled by them and they refused to return my deposit and claimed they had only done the design and I had paid for the design work and not a deposit. This is false! I have received phone calls making threats to me and this has now been reported to the police and they are investigating the matter!

Thank you for your reply. It’s good to see neither you or your Dr wife are as abusive on here as you were on the phone. I see you still trying to insult me by saying I have a ‘miserable life’, I could see how you could come to that conclusion as I’m sure many of your previous customer have been left feeling miserable after being robbed of their hard earned money by you pair. You actually don’t have to look too far, as some people have set up a Facebook page called ‘Facebook kitchen scams’ from several years ago and your name appears in there repeatedly for taking deposits, making threats and intimidations, poor customer services and for providing cheap and/or missing products. You have claimed that I set this group, but I merely became a member this April, some 3 years after it was created. I’m sure potential customers can make their own minds up after taking a look!

I see you have made several attempts to have my review removed by Trustpilot, with your latest attempt stating my review contains both your names. I have therefor redacted your names. I see you’re happy with your positive reviews to contain both of your names but not mine, how ironic! If you look online at Companies house details for NeoKit kitchens, both you and you Dr wife’s names are there, in the public domain.

Talking about being fake, I was messaged by ‘The king of Rock ‘n’ Roll’ on Facebook, he claimed to be you and from Neokit kitchens, the account even has a picture of you, now is that an account you’ve setup with a fake name? Or is someone faking to be you 🙄?

I see your Dr wife too has 2 accounts under different names, I’ve been sent proof that states you saying this is so the Dr can keep her professional life separate to this business? I understand the General Medical Councils Ethical Guidance for Doctors states ‘You must make sure that your conduct justifes … trust in you and the public’s trust in the profession’. It’ll be interesting to see their take on you having multiple account and the threats you have made from your ‘non-professional’ account.

I have been informed by Leicestershire police have transferred the case to West Mercia Police who are local to you, there is nothing fake about this either and I can happily share the crime reference number should you or any others need.

Trustpilot has verified my review with evidence! You can claim it’s false all you like. I won’t be intimidated!

It’s a shame it’s come to this, I tried to resolve this amicably, but you preferred not to. You leave me no choice now but to chase the return of my deposit through the courts as you refuse to return it.

The owners who own the company are absolutely lovely. They really couldn’t be more helpful. They drove personally to my home and carefully designed a kitchen based on what I was saying, and didn’t rush me at all. He brought samples out with him and helped make suggestions on what would look nice together. All interactions I’ve had with them, via messenger, on the phone and in person have been really lovely and friendly, can’t fault them at all!

Love my new kitchen the design made the most of my space .
