Dad passed in August, but he left no instruction regarding final arrangements. After reviewing our options we engaged NEO Cremations to look after dad. The empathy provided was outstanding and Jenn was marvellous taking control of all the sensitive issues on our behalf. Excellent service from start to finish made the grieving process less painful. The communication and compassion from Jenn and the team was second to none, with the emails and phone calls throughout the whole process.

We really wanted something different and in keeping with what our loved one wanted. Holly was our link from the outset and was excellent at explaining what they would do and when. A really respectful and considerate service. We all loved that it was connected to reforestation and felt adding to the trees planted was so much better than giving flowers. It felt so future focused. On the morning of the cremation, (Neo told us the exact time) we were all in our different places remembering, lighting candles and saying farewells and we all felt really connected despite our distance. We will all be together to do a farewell ceremony and release the ashes.
Jenn delivered the ashes to our house. It felt as though Jenn and Holly were personally engaged throughout. They took the weight off and did everything necessary, caringly and thoughtfully. We felt our loved one was in safe hands.

A highly professional but extremely personal and accessible service. They took much of the sting out of arranging a funeral on my own, even calling every so often just to see if I was OK! Listened to my disjointed rambling and didn't make me feel silly about it.
My mother always said she didn't care what I did as long as I didn't "waste" money. Well I feel this was as respectful as any other cremation and saved us a few hundred too.

When my dad died suddenly, it was a really stressful and difficult time for me and my family. As I don’t have siblings there were a million things to organise and I chose Neocremations because after speaking to Jenn, I immediately felt reassured that they were there to take the pressure off. They were very responsive, open and flexible and helped me to work through the many decisions I had to make. They really went above and beyond to help to organise the funeral that I think my dad would have wanted. Thank you so much for your help and the care you showed us.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My family's representative was Holly and she went over and above everything I would expect from a cremation company. She ensured everything went smoothly, that all members of the family in different parts of the UK were kept up to date with each step and decision that was made so that we all truly felt heard and a part of the process. She even arranged for the ashes to be split which I know other places do not do. Holly ensured everything ran so smoothly that we were all able to focus on the other things we had to do having complete confidence in her and Neo cremations which really helped us at this devastating time. All our wishes were taken into consideration and the whole process was very calm and respectful. Holly even hand delivered the ashes at the end which was a much appreciated personal touch. I process has been handled efficiently with the staffing very symathetic and advising me at every step.

I have also signed up for a similar funeral plan and am sure that the executor to my estate will have the same, none problematic task when my time comes.

We were kept fully informed with the cremation process and when the ashes would be returned to us.Jen was very thoughtful and comforting when contacting us and Claire brought the ashes on time and was very kind to us

I found Neo Cremations online in a search for a non-religious cremation service. After the first warm conversation with Holly I knew we could avoid all the usual trappings and gloom that come with not knowing what you can create as a final ‘farewell’. We had a remarkably modern solution we were in control of, which included a venue of our choice with our loved one present amongst his most cherished family and friends. A little while later, his ashes were brought home to us. Neo’s progressive and fresh approach to a final process culminated with a tree planted in the Caledonian forest by themselves on our behalf.
I cannot thank Neo Cremations and Holly enough for their attention to detail and their incredibly professional and sensitive handling of my husband throughout the process. Their management of our needs was remarkably positive and made it a truly comforting experience at the saddest time of our lives.
