Located a short distance from Brighton Train Station, we’re happy to welcome patients for treatment on the NHS or private. Our practice was purpose built, purely for specialist orthodontics and is equiped with the latest orthodontic technology. Our specialists are dentists who have undertaken a minimum of an additional three years of postgraduate orthodontic education and training in hospitals to become experts in the field of teeth straightening. These treatments include: Fixed metal braces. Ceramic fixed braces Lingual braces (incognito) and Invisalign clear aligners. 0% Interest free credit available ensure that all treatments are affordable. Lack of care and concern
My daughter had braces fitted but for nearly six months there was no check up during which time her teeth deteriorated. The braces were then taken off and the orthodontist suggested we see a dentist but without saying it was an urgent issue. When we did see our dentist we were told our daughter had major and serious decay requiring significant specialist care.

Fantastic orthodontic practice making a real difference
Mike has been absolutely brilliant. He's a perfectionist with high level of attention to detail and care. The staff and trainee orthodontists are friendly and attentive.
My daughter's teeth were extremely crooked and overcrowded. The work by Neo Orthodontics means that after 3 years of braces (including upper jaw screws), my daughter can now smile proudly with a beautiful set of straight teeth.
Highly recommended.
