Nenette has been making chocolates by hand for over 12 years (having trained with Callebaut and Slatteries). And this is what she absolutely loves doing! I have just one ambition: to bring you a moment of happiness through chocolate. I hand-make every chocolate item that you find in my range for you: I carefully temper the chocolate for a perfect finish and combine it with simple, fresh and, wherever possible, locally-sourced ingredients. And what of the chocolate? I am proud to select Callebaut chocolate to make all my chocolates because of its sustainable story, reinvesting in the growers and producers and chocolate’s future. And, of course, it tastes fabulous! My chocolate studio is based in North Kilworth, South Leicestershire and is the home to all my chocolate creativity. It is also where I teach people to make their own chocolates - I hold workshops in the summer months and after Christmas too. I attended a chocolate workshop with Nenette and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I came away with chocolates made by me which looked amazing and very professional. I even surprised myself! Nenette was very patient and helpful and I would recommend this workshop to anyone wanting to gain knowledge and experience in working with chocolate.

Excellent Customer Service
Rather than disappoint me as a particular item was unavailable, Nenette rang straight away to explain and not only offered a suitable alternative but also additional items by way of apology which I really appreciated. I've previously purchased from this company - the chocolate is delicious!

Not as described
We ordered their top Christmas hamper to give to someone as a present. What arrived was just individual items wrapped in cellophane, not a hamper by any means.
Chocolates may well turn out to be lovely but no marks for presentation nor for matching the product description.

I'm sorry that you're disappointed with the presentation of your hamper. I wrapped each item in tissue paper and placed each carefully inside the box that was then padded with paper wadding to ensure the safe delivery of your chocolates via the post. The idea is that you have the excitement of discovering individual packages inside the box. It's hard to put a 'basket-hamper' into the post and expect it to arrive in the same condition in which it left me, I'm afraid.
I have taken onboard your thoughts and will look to explaining this on my website - so thank you for your feedback.
I do hope that, despite this initial disappointment you enjoy your chocolates. Nenette

So pleased with our beautifully packaged box of very special truffles. Very good customer service and Nenette is always very happy to help if there are any specific requirements.
The truffles are hand made and taste delicious.

Nenette was so lovely and welcoming
Nenette was so lovely and welcoming, we had the most amazing time making chocolate truffles and learning the art of the chocolate. It was an amazing experience and was definitely a memorable time for celebrating our first wedding anniversary, we would 100% do it again. We certainly enjoyed the treats throughout the workshop and our truffles tasted so yummy and even more knowing we made them ourselves.
