Really good experience
Ive had a really good experience with this website. I've used the customer service guys recently and Adam was incredibly helpful. I was stuggling identifying a new pest in my lawn and Adam went out of his way to identify the bug, show me the product i needed and explain how much i needed for my garden and how often i should be applying it. I ordered the product and it came really quickly. Will definitely be buying products from here in the future.

We’re sorry to see your 1-star review, but we do need to clarify the situation.
At the time your order was placed, a dispatch date of 8th May was clearly displayed across our website - including on the product page, category page, and in the shopping cart before checkout.
Your order is scheduled to be shipped on 8th May, in line with this stated timeframe.
We would therefore kindly request that the 1-star review based on non-delivery is reconsidered and removed, as the order has not yet fallen outside of the advertised dispatch window.
Please also note that due to ongoing long-term stock issues with Nemaslug, your order will be fulfilled using an alternative product. This contains the exact same species of nematode for slug control, with identical application and effectiveness, the only difference being the packaging/manufacturer.
If you do not want to receive the substitute please let us know and we will cancel your pre-order and refund you.

Pathetic approach to customer care…
Pathetic approach to customer care after my parcel was delivered to the wrong address, here's their response....
"As the parcel appears to have been delivered to the wrong address and you are unwilling to collect it we have now refunded your order rather than sending a replacement, as we are not willing to resend another at the risk of the same thing happening again."
So they naively persecute the consumer by not sending a replacement and claiming their loss back from Royal Mail, poor customer relations, even one star is too many.

We are sorry that Royal Mail delivered your parcel to the wrong address.
Unfortunately, couriers do sometimes make delivery errors and this is outside of our control.
When the tracking indicated that the parcel had been delivered only a few houses away, we did not feel it was unreasonable to ask whether you would be willing to approach the neighbour to retrieve it, rather than immediately expecting us to send a replacement.
When you replied to say that you were not willing to do so because of your relationship with the neighbour, we accepted that and refunded your order in full within minutes. However, we were not prepared to send a second pack and risk exactly the same issue happening again.
In the circumstances, we do feel that a one-star review is unfair, particularly given that the matter was resolved promptly by way of a full refund.
5 star support and advice
Needed to ask lots of questions about how to apply the Nematode solution.
Extremely prompt and informative answers given to every query.
Very impressive service.

This is the second time I've used nematodes from this firm. They were fine previously, but this time formed a fairly solid block that didn't dissolve easily in water...

The carrier material used to hold the nematodes can vary between batches and, on occasion, it may contain a higher proportion of clay. This does not affect the viability of the nematodes themselves, but if not mixed thoroughly it can lead to clumping and may sometimes cause blockages in a watering can rose or applicator.
All batches are quality tested to ensure they are performing as expected before being packaged, which gives us confidence that the batch will be fine.
Where the carrier is thicker than usual, we recommend using a whisk to stir the mixture vigorously after adding it to water, this will generally break down the majority of clumps (it won’t harm the microscopic nematodes) - please see this video showing the process: https://youtu.be/zS50ii1b-2Q.
This helps break up any clumps and disperse the carrier more effectively. You can also break down any larger clumps with your fingers. It is not uncommon to have some small clumps within the solution, as these can simply be areas where the nematode powder is more concentrated and therefore harder to break up.
The nematodes will still work as required, even if a few small lumps are applied directly onto the soil. Once watered in, these should continue to break down over time while still providing that protective barrier.

Update website when items are not in…
Update website when items are not in stock instead of making me wait a week because its not .was told 24 hour delivery .didnt arrive when they said i waited 3 days then emailed them. they told me item wasnt in stock they had to wait for stock .then was told item is being sent out on the day i emailed .i recieved a update from royal mail and have to wait another 2 days .if items are not in stock update website because i could have got it from somewhere else quicker .not good i will get item from elsewhere next time. Orderd on the 9th march waited untill 13th of march

We posted your order on Wednesday 11th March by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
You emailed on Wednesday 11th March and I replied on Wednesday 11th March apologising for the days delay in posting this out to you.
I am sorry Royal Mail hasn't delivered on Thursday 12th and are expecting to deliver on Friday 13th, that unfortunately is a delay out of our hands.
We do advise on our website we expect to dispatch within 1 working day, so I can only apologise for the one days delay.
