They are very clear about each step of the process, always checking back and nothing moved forward until it is either checked with the client and further advised on, or in my case using a trainee solicitor, the process is carefully checked. I had a very cordial Sarah to work with and I would recommend her.

Generally the process was reasonably quick and helped us achieve our purchase. However, the individual responsible in managing our case kept asking the same questions and for the same paperwork despite already receiving the information. We had to escalate this issue which eventually resolved our concerns
