Just hoping that you have customer service that you can just call up during the day instead of having to wait because sometimes you get back it takes multiple emails to get something fixed at times depending on the issue. If you can talk to a person lie, then you can take care of it right away.

Love the products. Not wild about your web site or customer services. Can’t talk personally to a representative. Have to frequently go to my upline for help with logging on, overcharges,etc. Thank goodness for a Nelo knowledgeable and accompanying upline.
