Need That Cruise Anmeldelser

Leanne is always excellent in finding the cruise we want, at a very competitive price that we're happy to pay. She's always friendly, polite, and makes herself available whenever needed.
She is our go-to person when we're looking at booking a cruise as she makes it so easy and so very affordable!

Another cruise booked with Need that Cruise with Martin. Quick and easy process and good prices compared to booking elsewhere. 1st class service as always.

The biggest thank you to Leanne for helping me book my late husbands bucket list trip to Alaska.
Forever greatful, highly recommend. Elle x

Fantastic service thanks to Lee. World Asia cruise booked very easily. Fast response, helped search out what I was looking for and then on hand so we got 2 cabins together close by. Smooth easy and would recommend Need That Cruise and the team to anyone.

Another cruise booked with these awesome guys. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Leanne is a delight to deal with quotes and booked within minutes even on her days off.

Martin made the whole process very easy, basically took away all the hassle arranging flights, transfers, cruise etc
All very professional at a very good price
Thanks Martin

From initial conversation to booking within 30 minutes. Jack was great, appreciate it!

Leanne was super efficient when I messaged her to book our June 2027 cruise, excellent service 😁

Another great booking experience today (our third with Need That Cruise), this time with Leanne. She has been patient, friendly and efficient in dealing with our booking and achieved a great price for our cruise, saving hundreds of pounds. Recommended!

Yet another cruise booked, this time by Martin. So fast and efficient, and a fab price too. We had a Dubai cruise cancelled and Need that Cruise has booked this one whilst waiting on the deposit refund. Thanks again guys ***** service

Booked a cruise on Facebook messenger with need that cruise to the Caribbean
Everything was dealt with very professionally and question always answered when I had them.
Would definitely book again ( in fact already have)

Leanne and the team are amazing. Respond very quickly and on hand to ensure everything in place for your holiday whether this is evening, weekend or bank holidays. No call centres or waiting on hold was able to message directly which makes a massive difference and more personal. Leanne managed to get me an amazing deal for our next cruise and I'm really appreciative of her customer service. Thank you so much again!

Thank you to Martin for a 5 star service whilst booking our cruise. Nothing was too much trouble and he had a lot of patience with us. Would not book with any other company. Thank you again Martin x

This is the second time that I have booked with Jack and his team.

Communication is absolutely excellent, Jack himself is a top man, makes everything seem so seamless.

Also, being available outside of regular hours was a big plus for me - I seen the cruise of my dreams and contacted Jack who manages to secure it for me at an amazing price.

Would highly recommended to all, this is the only way I will be booking future cruises.

The service is amazing.

Thank you for all your help team x

Booked our cruise with Lee Hillier. He has been absolutely fantastic and so accommodating. He’s managed to find us our perfect cruise for 2027 and we’re so excited!

Another cruise booked with Leanne, we’d never book with any other company. She always gets us the best deals and gives the best service. Thanks again Leanne!!!

Martin has once again secured me an amazing cruise deal — I really couldn't be happier! He is conscientious, patient, and friendly, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. The whole experience from start to finish has been seamless, and I wouldn't hesitate to book through him again. Martin is a real credit to the Need That Cruise team. Highly recommended!

Booked yet another cruise with leanne Allin great service nothing to much trouble have used need that cruise now for our last 4 cruises great service equals repeat bookings.

I can’t recommend Need That Cruise highly enough. Every time I book with them, the service is exceptional – the team are always professional, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond to make everything seamless.

I don’t just use them for cruises; they arrange all of my holidays, and they always manage to find the best deals, often beating other travel operators. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

We have a very special, once-in-a-lifetime trip coming up in April 2026 – a safari to Mabula with a group of 15 people, 9 of whom are living with Parkinson’s. Jack and the team have been incredible, organising tailored support and assistance throughout the journey to make sure everyone is comfortable and well looked after. That level of care means everything.

I also truly appreciate Jack’s ongoing support and generosity towards the Spelthorne Parkies support group, helping us raise vital funds to provide exercise sessions and activities for people living with Parkinson’s.

Thank you for everything – without a doubt, the best travel company out there

I honestly couldn’t recommend Jack, Martin and Leanne at NTC (Need That Cruise) highly enough. I’m now 15+ cruises plus in with them and every single booking has come with exceptional service and incredible pricing. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the level of care and attention they provide is second to none.

They’ve also gone above and beyond to help family and friends, always delivering the same personal, prompt and genuinely friendly service no matter how big or small the request. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel like a priority every single time.

On top of that, a huge thank you to NTC for supporting The Little Princess Trust Charity, generously donating auction prizes for the last two years – a reminder that they’re not just brilliant at what they do, but also give back.

As a serial cruiser, I genuinely couldn’t be happier.

Massively recommended to anyone looking for stress-free bookings, great value and outstanding customer care. 🚢✨
