Appalling service, tried to cancel before dispatch, told too late even though just a few hours after ordering. I was told to apply for a refund after receipt. I refused delivery from the courier and informed NEBO customer services. Power pack now ‘gone missing’ with courier. Had to raise with my card issuer as still £499 out of pocket nearly a month later. I tried to save all this hassle before dispatch to save NEBO money. Avoid.

Torch arrived battery never charges to full other battery the same , gone to warranty nothing customer service non existent, purchase elsewhere other brand If I were you .

Poor customer service.I sent a query via the online form. Couldn’t be bothered to reply. Annoying

Brilliant jump starter power pack from Nebo, not only has saved me a few times already but many others too, as I carry it in the van. Super compact and easy to use

I’ve had my fair share of flashlights over the years, but none have impressed me as much as Nebo lights. These flashlights are truly in a league of their own! From the moment I turned on my first Nebo torch, I could instantly feel the difference in quality and performance.

First off, the brightness is incredible. Nebo lights provide a beam that is both intense and wide, making it easy to illuminate a large area, whether I’m working outdoors at night or just needing some extra light around the house. The LED technology they use is top-notch, ensuring a long-lasting, energy-efficient performance that I haven’t found in any other brand before.

One of the standout features is the durability. Nebo lights are built tough. I’ve accidentally dropped mine multiple times, and each time it still works perfectly. It’s reassuring to know that these lights can withstand rough handling without compromising on performance. Whether you’re out in the elements or need something to rely on in emergency situations, Nebo has consistently proven itself to be dependable.

Another thing I appreciate is the range of features Nebo flashlights offer, like adjustable brightness settings, rechargeable batteries, and versatile designs. It’s clear that Nebo puts a lot of thought into creating practical and user-friendly products.

Overall, Nebo lights have completely outperformed any other torch brand I’ve used before. Their reliability, brightness, and build quality are second to none. If you’re looking for a flashlight that you can trust to handle anything life throws at it, look no further than Nebo! I am 100% sold on this brand.

Have been using the Inspector pocket torch, the Lil Larry and the Omni 3k for the last 11 months and cannot find a fault with any of them. The inspector is perfect for dog walks as is extremely light to carry and has ample light to illuminate the darkest of paths. The Lil Larry gets used all around the house. The magnetic base is very useful for working in the garage or on the car/bike. The Omni has been used for many DIY projects, both in the house and out in the garden, as the light it provides is second to none. All three have excellent battery life and very easy & quick to recharge.
Couldnt recommended Nebo more. Great customer service and range of products that can cover all requirements. Will definitely be getting more!

The Slyde King was the perfect stocking filler! Great design, quality feel and decent battery life….even on full power! Perfect for keeping an eye on the dogs on those dark winter nights, summer camping and the slide feature is great when you’re doing DIY at home and need to light up an area. A great addition to the Nebo head torches and Assist Air I recently bought

I’ve used rambler ps100 to charge multiple pieces of kit whilst on the move travelling, probably one of the best & most useful pieces of kit I own. Thanks Nebo 🤝

I had a small issue with my Nebo flashlight being stuck in demo mode, I contacted Nebo via their website and received a response and resolution within 24 hours. No further problem, highly recommend.

Have purchased a few Nebo products now, including the Davinci, Slim+ and Mycro Headlamp. All of which have been great but also great value! Highly recommend and would purchase again

Recently purchased a Big Larry Pro+ and what a torch it is! Super handy for work jobs and keeping in the toolbox, it's got a great battery life and is really bright!

I now own two Nebo products and have had a great sales and product experience with both. I previously wasn't aware of how positively a high quality flashlight/torch product could change my experiences, but I now use both products regularly. The Davinci flashlight I use is phenomenal for any tasks and the Curvbeam headtorch is easily one of my best ever purchases - it's completely changed the game for both evening runs and walks, alongwith any other tasks. I'd recommend Nebo to anyone, the sales cycle was easy - comms were clear and delivery was quick.

I was given a Big Larry by a friend last year, it's lived in the van since and has countless uses. Charges easily, good light options and battery lasts forever - sticks where i need it.

Got one for the car too now :-)

Asked them a question online about one of their products. However, after waiting days and days, they haven't had the courtesy to answer my question. Nebo customer service is in my opinion absolutely terrible!

I bought SLYDE KING 2K for almost €52 and I expected a lot from it, but what I got was this:

1. Warranty was not offered nor documented to me. No warramnty registration card was found inside of the box. Perhaps the cash register receipt is enough?
2. The plastic that was wrapping the packaging box was so difficult to tear off without damaging the box (in case of a return) and it was cracking into small pieces, which I believe is very bad for the environment.
3. The entire flashlight unit has a low quality vibe from text font to technical detail and workmanship.
4. The USB connection cord seems to be so short and low quality and the outlet connecting to the flashlight is misplaced (shifted) to a side and I was struggling plugging into it and almost gave up to plug it in. When I did plug into it the little tongue inside of the outlet became somehow bent and damaged.
5. Charging it for several hours and the Circle-N keeps on flashing in green colour despite its instruction stating it should be pulsing or stable orange and then stable green once charged. I suspect it just is not charging at all?
6. The rubber cap for the USB cord entry on the flashlight seems so fragile, it will probably fall off after a short period of time exposing the outlet to dust and damage.
7. Is it really 2000 Lumens bright? I kind of doubt that manufacturer's claim.
8. The following text in the instruction seem lacking proper punctuation marks and seems insincere: "Orange: 25% or more Orange Flash: less than 25% Green: fully charged Green Pulse: charging".
9. Why not having 50% and 75% charge indicator?
10. The entire unit feels unreliable enough to justify this huge price tag and to be confident enough to keep it rather than returning it for a refund. It is hard to trust the way it was manufactured that it will last longer than a few weeks or perhaps a couple months. It may as well be a daughter of Mrs. Planned Obsolescence.

P.S. While I am not Russian, but I known that "NEBO" in Russian means "the sky" (not a pro or a con) which applies more to the price rather than to the workmanship quality.

REMARK: TrustPilot keeps on changing my date of experience to an earlier date even that I purchased it on the 13 February 2023 and I keep on updating it to 13-02-2023 but TP keeps reverting it to 12-02-2023 and then a few hours later to 11-02-2023. What's up with that, TP?

What the heck? I ordered 5 touches total and only 4 arrived with an invoice showing just 4 ordered, my account shows the correct invoice and I paid for 5!

It's obviously a dispatch error but trying getting a reply form them (Nebo UK) on Facebook or by email seems pointless and I am still eagerly waiting for a reply! ....

Don't buy nebo torches, there is ZERO support to replace your battery when it dies, which (they say) is normal inside of 2 years. "By the way 2 years for an 18650 battery is very good." they said. Yeah, brilliant considering I used the torch 4 times, and now can't get a replacement battery, and your 'UK division' in Poole (apparently) couldn't care less. Buy one of these torches and lose your money. Feel free, go on if you like throwing money away. My son got it for my birthday, he thought he was doing a very special thing buying such an expensive torch for me. Sad, really ....

UPDATE 12/4/23; Eventually I managed to find someone to deal with the issue and they promised to assist. Some months past but out of the blue I got a replacement. Was pondering only a 2 star due to the saga and effort required, and only a partial solution as I still don't know where to get spares from.

I purchased a Nebo "Big Larry 2" on Amazon to keep in my wife's car for emergency use in the event of a breakdown. She would be unlikely to need the torch/work light to repair the car herself but the flashing Red emergency beacon was ideal. I was impressed with the quality and function when it arrived and duly placed the torch in the car, confident that it would perform if needed.

Unfortunately, less than a year later, when checking the batteries and making sure it worked, I discovered that despite not being used other than to regularly test it, the Red light functions were now inoperable.
While I was a little disappointed that this had happened, I was reassured by the fact that the Big Larry 2 comes with a 2 year warranty and duly completed the online warranty claim and attached a copy of the invoice and a picture (of a non working Big Larry 2) as requested. As I heard nothing in response, I used their online contact details to chase and have still heard nothing. Looking at the other 1 star reviews elsewhere I see that the failure of the Red light is a common complaint and must assume that they do not have a working replacement or solution to this problem.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TORCH IF THE RED LIGHT FUNCTION IS REQUIRED. The torch and work light are great (so far) but these were not the main function I required.

UPDATE: A month after leaving this review, UPS delivered a replacement torch. No communication from the company beforehand or included in the package but I now the possess a working torch and am once more a happy owner. Lets hope this one lasts a little longer.
