I honestly cannot thank the whole team enough for the care, compassion and kindness they showed to my mum and our family during the most heartbreaking time of our lives.

From the very first moment, they made everything feel a little easier when nothing about losing Mum felt easy. Mick in particular was absolutely amazing. He guided us through everything with such patience, understanding and genuine compassion. He took away so much of the stress and worry and made sure that every little detail was exactly how we wanted it.

The care they gave to Mum was phenomenal. Knowing she was being looked after with such dignity, gentleness and respect meant more to us than I could ever put into words. They treated her as a person, not simply as someone in their care, and that will stay with our family forever.

The day of Mum's funeral was everything we could have hoped for. They handled everything with such professionalism while still showing so much warmth and compassion towards us.

When you are completely broken by grief, you need people around you who understand that this isn't just a funeral — this is someone's mum, someone's wife, someone's nan, someone's whole world. They understood that.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for looking after Mum and for looking after us. We will never forget the kindness you showed our family when we needed it most.

From the very first call to Near & Near, after my Father passed away at home, they were professional, sympathetic, kind, and treated my Father with dignity and respect.
They guided us through the process with quiet ease and calm. They accommodated, without question, when we needed to visit my Father in the Chapel of Rest out of normal working hours.
On the day of the funeral the professional manner everyone conducted themselves was outstanding.
Near & Near took care of my Mother's funeral 22 years ago and I did not hesitate to give them the honour of looking after my Father.

Our Mum had requested that we use Near and Near for her funeral arrangements and they didn’t disappoint. From start to finish then following they was professional and thoughtful, when the time comes for someone else then I would definitely recommend Near and Near. Thank you.

We chose Near & Near for my mother-in-laws funeral, and I must admit we we're well impressed with everything. Janelle on reception was an absolute star, all the things we kept throwing at her as to what we would like, it would of been a nightmare for anyone, but Janelle just took it all in her stride. Mark came out to talk about what we would like for Pam and to be honest it was all bit overwhelming, but he talked us through everything and it came out beautifully from start to end, I would definitely recommend these guys everytime, nothing was too much trouble, very professional and understanding in what we wanted. I chose Near and Near as they are a well respected family run business. David came to my home to arrange my dad’s funeral and was very professional and put us all at ease making the process more bearable. There was a problem with the cemetery which was beyond their control and Steven came to my home to explain everything and he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They spoke about my dad with respect saying how they were looking after him. I would recommend Near and Near and I am totally satisfied with the way they handled everything.

Mark and the team were professional from the first contact to the last. I would highly recommend. Nothing was to much trouble the service was delivered expertly.
