Well working customer service and the products I use benefits my training

For athletes aiming to go beyond ~90 g CHO/h while carrying as little packaging as possible, things get tricky because of the sodium load in their highest-carb gel. For example, taking more than three 45 g gels gives you 135 g of carbs — which is great — but at the same time it pushes sodium intake above 1,300 mg (each gel contains ~460 mg Na). For many athletes, that’s simply too much sodium per hour and increases the risk of GI distress.

As it stands, this makes the gels more suited for amateurs. Top-level professionals regularly fuel above 120 g CHO/h, and the current formulation doesn’t scale well for that use. Since amateurs often copy what pros consume, not making the product scalable for both ends of the spectrum is, in my view, the main limitation of the brand.

That said, product quality is excellent, absorption is smooth, and the science-first approach remains a strong differentiator.

The science behind the gels give me a lot of trust. Also the guidelines about carbloading and fueling are very helpful and reassuring

j’utilise tous les produits au quotidien et ne m’en lasse pas, je m’entraîne 30h par semaine et suis toujours aussi content de manger un gel ou une barre, de plus les gels 45 sont vraiment pratique quand on utilise le high carb. les nouveaux goûts sont excellents surtout la pêche pour les boissons isotoniques

First time trying Nduranz products.
I found both the gels and the isotonic drink very unpleasant in taste-almost aggressive. While using them, I felt unwell and nauseous. Additionally, the energy drink did not mix smoothly.

Ottimi prodotti … il 90 carni é perfetto per l’utilizzo negli sport che pratico .. trail, ciclismo e sci alpinismo .
In questi giorni sto provando i nuovi gusti e devo dire che cetriolo / lime é buonissimo , fresco e leggero …ma sempre con un ottimo ritorno di energia

Great products and great taste. As a Type 1 diabetic I am always looking at a great source of carbohydrates during training. I found the Energy Gel 45 a great gel for me to fuel well.

Empece este año la nutrición de mis entrenamientos y carreras con NduranZ. Desde entonces, he podido subir la ingesta de carbohidratos hasta 90gr/h y con buenas digestiones y de momento ningún problema de estomago.
A parte estoy muy contento con el trato que recibir después de tener problemas con la entrega del paquete. Y el problema era de la agencia de transporte no de ellos. Pero, igualmente, fueron amables y resolvieron el problema rápido y para la siguiente entrega ya utilizaron otra empresa.

Una volta provati i prodotti Nduranz non ho più cambiato! Ottima qualità, nessun problema digestivo e prezzo più che competitivo! Bravi!

Con i vostri prodotti mi trovo molto bene, unica cosa io se fossi in voi farei delle buste monodose dell'Nduranz drink 90 in modo da poterle portare in tasca e rifornire di maltodestrine le borracce dopo averne bevute 2. Un altra proposta sarebbe di aggiungere qualche giusto in più alle barrette solide non vegane, tipo giusto "Cola".

I heard about nduranz on a podcast and their glu:fru ratio in combination with clear naming of products (how much of carbs it contains) interested me, so I ordered something to try. And I returned! It works and tastes great.

All products are great, the ideal carb ratio, different unit options are perfect
