I had to phone N&C tiles to get some help in finding the tile match that I was looking for, what was available was not a 100% match, but I went for that as an acceptable compromise.
I would definitely use N&C tiles again

My tiler asked for the product & he says it’s the best in the business for laying floor tiles.

I recently visited the Stevenage store and was so impressed with the choice of tiles and bathroom furniture. It took me 3 visits to decide what I was going to order. Each visit the staff were exceptional in answering all my questions and giving me little tips and advice about every aspect of the process. On the last visit I purchased all that I needed and have organised delivery . I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to anyone . Thank you

Website said £12 delivery but when I went to pay it went up to £55 for £45 worth of tiles. Nowhere else charges this much.

I was in the unfortunate position of being 2 boxes short for a tiling job which was being done. The original shop wanted to charge £75 delivery to secure for the next day. I came across N&C in Coventry and spoke to a super helpful guy called Craig who couldn’t have done more. He could tell I was stressed as my tiler was only there for 3 days and I desperately needed the supplies urgently. He spoke to a warehouse down in Chelmsford and even guaranteed the sane batch number.
Thank you Craig for saving me from turning to alcohol to save my sanity! You’re a star and I really appreciate your help and support.

Wonderful service. My daughter and I visited your store in Swansea and met Alex and Nathan. They couldn't have be more helpful so much so that it gave me confidence to upgrade a couple of bathrooms in my house.
My daughter lives in Pembrokeshire, but she is going to order from N&C as the service was so good and the tiles were cheeper than her quote from Wicks.
My other daughter lives in Swansea and is having her kitchen renovated soon so we will pay another visit.

The website says a pack of 3 but then does the order individually meaning i expected 12 tiles and only got 3 at an extortionate price and also charged £55 for delivery!!! The delivery driver tried to help me but the warehouse he came from said they can't do anything and that i need to get hold of the web team which i did but after calling over 10 times and it just hanging up after ringing and ringing i have given up. Will not use this scam site again!
