Been back in the Swansea to pay my balance and look for black chairs however none there ? Please can we have some black dining chairs....

Went into store looking for a table as we had been let down ordering on Wayfair, spoke with John who was extremely helpful, lots of lovely items and John was very knowledgeable. Will pop back when we are ready.

What a lovely shop with a fantastic choice of furniture and the staff are amazing really nice helpful people

Kurtis was really friendly and really helpful plus he got someone to make us coffee.

Curtis showed us on two occasions the Zara sofa and explained very detailed how the buying process worked , he was very easy to talk to and made the whole thing so easy!we have come back to store to place our deposit today! 100% recommend visiting the swansea store and asking for Curtis!!

Me and my partner bought our very first sofa today for our first home from NCF Living and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sue was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process so friendly, patient and helpful from start to finish. She made such an exciting milestone for us even more special and made us feel completely comfortable with our choice. Thank you so much Sue for all your help, we really appreciate it!

Some years back I had a not so great exxperience at the Swansea store, but I have to say thanks to Jon, this time making a choice and finally a purchase, which took a few visits was made so great by Jon. Nothing was too much trouble , re-visits, re-measures and great knowledge and professionalism on Jons part. There was no pressure , just help. Thankyou Jon.

The were great selection of sofas when we in to the store and they were on great deals. The sale advisor, Sue from Swansea shop was really knowledgeable and very helpful with our purchase. She helps us to measure the sofa that we want and arrange for its delivery. Five star service from Sue.

Staff are professional and give you plenty of space just to have a look around.

She gave lots of advice and showed us some lovely sofas so will definitely be back soon to place our order!

Kurtis went above and beyond - explaining that comfort of sofas can very as some have been upgraded. Made sure we are happy, wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable in regards to sofas, tech, and support for individual needs

Visited the Swansea store looking to buy a sofa. Spacious sales room, not overfilled with stock, but there are plenty of sofas to choose from. We walked around for a few minutes before being greeted by Jon who was welcoming and then left us alone to wander, and sit on everything. When we did have questions he was on point with information and very easy to chat to, happy to give us advice and show features. We were about to leave the store when we sat on our final sofa. Jon came back to see if we needed anything, and after a full review of the features, and him doing an AI impressions of what the sofa would look like in different colours, we decided to buy. We have been looking for around a year and honestly thought it would be another one before we found what we were looking for. It was the first shop we went to that day, and if we need anything else it will be the first store we go back to. Thanks Jon.

We went in with a particular sofa in mind but weren’t 100 per cent. Jonny then guided us through the options and we bought a stunning 3 piece with his expert knowledge helped us with ease. Thank you once again

We went to a few sofa companies but the only place we even felt comfortable was in NCF swansea. We saw a few sofas we liked. Once we decided which sofa we wanted the member of staff, jon, was fantastic. He was chatty but not the annoying sort. He explained everything to us that we needed to know. He was very polite. We went to dfs, scs and a few other places and the staff were nothing like jon. We 100% recommend you go to swansea if you are looking for a sofa, bed etc we are now waiting for our sofa and are looking extremely forward to receiving it. Thank you so much jon ♥️
