Bought 3beds and 2 issued problems, tried to contact customer service and always can’t get through it, wrote emails to them and barely reply . Took 1 month and still no response.

Avoid using this company whenever possible.
They have excellent sales staff, friendly and smiling, and a very beautiful showroom. I have nothing to complain about there. But their customer service is terrible—phones are always unreachable, emails are only answered sometimes. They always tell you to give them 72 hours, yet they never solve anything. After a month, not any issue was resolved; my patience is exhausted. I ordered three beds; two arrived wrong—either damaged or missing parts. What looked stunning in the showroom arrived as a pile of rubbish, hugely disappointing. Returning them.

When walked in looking for a sofa and bed but not expecting we would actually find something affordable but we did as soon as we walked in we where met by Steve at hull and he completely put us at ease and even engaged with our child. He is definitely an asset to the company and we grabbed a bargain. We would definitely go here again

Excellent service
We had excellent service at NCF. We bought our sofa without pushy sales people hassling us. You're just left to look around the shop at your leisure. Once we'd paid a deposit it was up to us when we required delivery. We were moving house so no set date. Once balance was paid delivery was 7-10 days. Following this contact was constant. We were given a date for delivery followed by a time slot. They delivered on time. Delivery men were helpful, placed the sofa and chairs were requested and took all rubbish. Our experience was flawless all the way through. Thank you NCF. We love our new furniture 😍

My disabled parents purchased a 3…
My disabled parents purchased a 3 seater reclining sofa, they have been passed from pillar to post the store they purchased it from don't have a landline and nobody answers from head office. My parents have had to travel one and a half hours each way to speak to someone. My parents are now waiting on refunds. They never received any paperwork for their purchase. They were told the sofa would come in 3 pieces and would fit through. The order came in one large box, the delivery driver said it would not fit through. Disgusting that my disabled parents having being told when it would come and trusting this company are now sat on 2 patio chairs. Do not trust this company
