Fast, efficient aervice. Couldn’t fault them

Very smooth process from these guys. Payment was almost instant after receiving the device. Highly recommend.

What an excellent company! Straight forward and honest. I have used them twice and the price i was quoted before sending off my phone was the price I received. Excellent communication from start to finish, other companies would do well to follow their example. Will definitely do business with them again.

Great service, communication responsive and extremely helpful and very good price compared to others. Would not hesitate to reccomend to anyone else.

I filled out the online form to sell my phone on the Thursday afternoon, they gave me a very competitive price, I posted at 4pm that day, received an email the following day to say my phone had been received and tests where taking place. Nathan has just texted at 20.35 to say all tests have been completed and my payout will go into my bank today.
Absolutely first class service. I would have no issues at all recommending N.B Tech to family and friends. I’ll definitely contact them again if I’m ever looking to sell or buy in the future. Thanks 😃

Absolutely the best trade in place ever used. Easy, do what they say and a really good to communicate with. Will never go anywhere else from now on as I have tried other places which always try and haggle you down. Great company!!

Amazing. Very helpful and so easy to do

NB Tech, was very easy and straight forward, fast payout and friendly customer support, I would definitely recommend I'm so pleased with the result 😀 definitely 5 star , would give more stars if I could.

By far the most seamless process I've had from a trade in company. Refund being processed within a couple of hours of receiving the product at the agreed rate - can't fault it!
