N.B Tech Anmeldelser

Used this company on a few occasions now and honestly I will not go anywhere else. These is no call centre robot who is reading from a script, These are real humans who are honest hard working and provide outstanding customer service. I will not use any other tech company. There is no messing when they receive your device. They also sell phones so if you aint selling get on their website and buy.

Dealt with Nathan a long time. Can’t fault the service, can’t fault him as a person. Recommended a lot of people to buy items through him.

If you want confidence in the purchase, N.B tech is the place to buy from 5*

Excellent service, great communication and the laptop was with me in less than 24 hours! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy any tech!

Selling a phone on your website couldn't have been easier, price was the best on the market and the whole process was hassle free, received the money the same day as to when it was delivered which was amazing and being able to contact you through WhatsApp was fantastic. thank you for your great service.

I had an excellent experience trading in my phone with NB. The whole process was quick, straightforward, and hassle-free from start to finish. They offered a fair price, kept me informed throughout, and the payment was made promptly as promised.

The customer service was professional, friendly, and efficient, making the entire experience stress-free. I really appreciated how easy they made everything, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their trade-in service again. I highly recommend NB to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and fast phone cash trade-in service. Five stars!

Bought from Nathan and sold to him also. Never any issues, very knowledgeable in this space, very fair prices and a great person to deal with whether your looking to buy or sell highly recommend. Sure more business will follow in the future

I have traded phones using several companies. Never have I had such great communication, prompt and helpful replies, fast phone reviews and super quick payment.
NB tech would be my trade in choice every time.

My phone suddenly stopped working, so I called Nathan, who had originally sold it to me. I explained that I had already tried all the usual fixes and had even been to my phone provider, but they couldn’t resolve the issue.
Without hesitation, Nathan told me to pop over and he would take a look which I did. Nathan couldn’t have been more helpful he provided me with a brand new phone, along with a case and screen protector, which was amazing customer service.
When I got home that evening to set it up, I ran into a problem with the password. I messaged Nathan, and even at 10pm he took the time to help me. He spent over an hour patiently working through the issue until everything was up and running.
I honestly can’t thank Nathan enough. He went above and beyond to help me, showing incredible professionalism, patience, and genuine care for his customers.
Outstanding service from a fantastic independent business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nathan to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and exceptional customer service.
