Awful communication have received my refund as it has been signed for and not responded to me for over 3 weeks about returning £120 back! Can’t get through when you call on the phone.

Royal Mail strikes have caused slight delays with our packing and returns resulting in longer return period. We can see you were refunded for this late and therefore are extremely sorry this wasn't voiced to you as we understand that it is a difficult period for many and refunds should be treated with urgency. We hope this experience doesn't discourage you to shop at Nazz Collection.
No refund and no item!
I have been chasing for a response to my emails for over a month. I ordered five dresses, I kept two and returned three. They claim they cannot refund my money for one of the returned items due to a makeup stain and it smelling of fabric conditioner. This is a total lie. The dress was only tried on once, with no makeup on and the labels are all still intact. I responded and have had no reply, they currently have the dress and my money! A real shame as I was happy with my experience until this.

Hello - sorry for the delay in our response.
We have a no tolerance policy for accepting returns for items that appear damaged or worn which is why we advise customers to keep the tag on as a guarantee of proof you haven't worn it. This dress however did have the security rope on which confirms you haven't worn it, the dress has already been refunded however can take 7-10 days to appear in your bank account.

We are sorry that our dress didn't meet your expectations, we do offer customers an exchange with no postage fees if they have received a faulty dress in regards to the hem however sometimes our dresses do have a packaged smell that is due to the storage in a warehouse, this smell is often unnoticeable once dress is left out of packaging for a few minutes, so please do not worry if this happens in the future.

I ordered two dresses with next day…
I ordered two dresses with next day delivery on Friday, before 2pm as stipulated on the website, and it's now Monday and they still haven't arrived (and i needed them for saturday night). Paying nearly £10 for delivery and since found out through over reviews that I then need to pay to return them is crazy - it goes without saying that I won't be ordering from Nazz again, I'm hoping the dresses arrive soon so that I can send them straight back and get my money back.
Please Nazz customer service don't reply saying it states in your Ts&Cs that all of these loop holes are covered - it's just bad customer service.

Dear customer,
As confirmed in our email to you earlier today there was a Royal Mail strike that took place on Friday 30th September and Saturday 1st October meaning anything ordered during these dates will be dispatched today and arriving tomorrow.
An email was sent out earlier this week to our subscribers confirming that this would be the case and so to order ahead if items would be needed this weekend as unfortunately the situation with Royal Mail is out of our control.
Thank you for your feedback - we will definitely leave information in the header in future to avoid this happening again.

As noted on our delivery page "We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday" this means any orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched on the next working day, as you ordered on a Friday evening this was dispatched on Monday and should have arrived on Tuesday. Very Disappointed
Poor quality, the dress I ordered looked nothing like the image on the website and it cost me over £8 in delivery and return charges…the dress was only £10 in the sale!!
