Nav Van Hire is a Van rental company with cars also available under our umbrella. We specialize in the long term rental of Medium and Long Wheelbase vans & Luton Low Loaders. In addition, we offer a selection of Small Medium Wheelbase & Electric Vans also. With over ten years of experience behind us, we bring a wealth of knowledge and aim to provide our customers with nothing but the best. Our office team are always on hand to assist with all queries and look to build long lasting relationships with any company that onboard with us. Our communication styles allow you to always touch point with either our Sales Team, Admin Team; or Management; whether that's a call, WhatsApp or physically at our site. We have a team of mechanics who have extensive expertise of our vehicles. They are both on the road & at our mechanics quarters local to our head office. They are on hand to ensure each vehicle is consistently running at its best; allowing you to utilize the vehicles to their fullest. We pride ourselves on being one of the leading experts in our field and wish to provide a reliable, consistent service to all; to allow our customers to flourish in the their field.

Great phone call, courteous, pleasant to talk to and wanted to help

So, walked past a random advertising board in Milton Keynes, I needed a new daily van hire service as I need on maybe once or twice a month and Hertz is getting obnoxious and expensive.

The person who answered the call immediately in a pleasant and courteous manner, listened to what it was that I was looking for, gave me options, warned about booking priorities, and was not aggressively trying to sell or upsell.

What makes this better is that it is half the cost of hertz. I rang up just to get information and I am so happy with the treatment I was given that I will be using Nav Van Hire

Best In The Business

Nav Van Hire have got to be the best in the van hire industry.
Just started requiring more vans for my company - I’ve spoken to Lily the whole way through the process and she’s very helpful. She’s got great customer care and always willing to answer my questions. The vans have needed servicing and stuff - always booked in as soon as possible with these guys. Nav Van Hire go above and beyond for their customers. Nav is so down to earth and always wanting to be the best for his customers. Great team all round! Will be recommending you guys around my industry. Keep it up! 👍🏼

Smooth and effective system

Poorly organised company with not the…

Poorly organised company with not the greatest communication. Newer girl we spoke with can send rude emails and doesn’t come across well. Invoicing incorrectly. Think before entering into agreements with this company if you are used to strong communication, fast responses and organised approach.

Our team stayed in close contact throughout and responded promptly to ensure everything was handled as efficiently as possible.

While we respect every customer’s right to share their experience, we do feel that a one-star review doesn’t reflect the effort, flexibility, and cooperation our team provided during the hire period. Great service

My first time leasing a van and Monta was very helpful and accomodating.
Van was neat and in good condition.

And when I had to make an early cancellation they were quite supportive and understanding.
