I bought 3 Navamax packs, got sucked in to buying 3, despite many attempts to stop this. Fortunately, I paid by PayPal, who refunded me the money for 2. One of the packs stopped working within a few days, despite charging properly. Using the second pack, it was OK for a few days, but I now have burn marks on my stomach, which is not good. Dangerous actually. I read reviews on Best Product, but never again. Totally rubbish product, which does not work properly

Scam. Avoid. I placed an order since 15/11/2025 and didn’t receive it up to now. Very bad customer support. Not reliable. Avoid

Ordered on line 2 units witj the discount.
Was actually charged for two other items without my knowledge
What was to cost £79.98 actually cost over £230
Thats not the best bit. They applied a repeat subscription auto payment from my paypal account! Again wothout my knowledge
All reported the same morning to paypal amd now awaiting an outcome
Also requested a cancellation of order withn 60 minutes of purcahse as per their policy in order to cancel, no response.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Navamax. I purchased the items, including AB system and two armbands, on August 18, 2025. Just three months later, the armbands stopped working, which is completely unacceptable for any product.

Despite my attempts to seek a resolution, Navamax refuses to replace the faulty items or issue a refund. Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive, showing a clear disregard for customer satisfaction and product quality. While I find their return policy which is limited to 30 days quite disconcerting, the quality of the items I received has proven to be subpar which justifies their ridiculous 30 day return policy. After only three months of use, several items became faulty, which is unacceptable for any product. I am now involving my solicitor with this matter and will not let them get away so easily.

When I tried to address my concerns, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. It’s clear that Navamax does not prioritise customer satisfaction or product quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your time and money—look elsewhere for better products and service!

I don't normally do reviews but as this may affect your health here goes... I spend a lot of time in front of a laptop as I work in IT and I thought the Navamax EMS Muscle stimulator would be a useful aid in reclaiming some lost fitness. I ordered the unit, and was seduced buy the heavy discount to buy two packs. Delivery was on time and I carefully read the instructions charged the unit and was ready for the first use. I chose a lower mid setting 12, and used for 13 minutes. below the 20-30 minutes recommended. During the use I could feel my stomach muscles working and a hot tingle, which I thought must be normal. At 13 minutes, it was too uncomfortable and I removed the pad to find a round burn mark which aligns with the connection point between pad and controller.
The burn I found out was quite deep and still covered by a scab 2 weeks after.
I contacted NAVAMAX support to inform them of the issue including photo's of the burn. I asked for the full refund as offered by the their web site as I had lost confidence in the product and clearly I did not want to repeat the process again.
I was surprised by their customer service response which was to offer a 50% refund and I could keep the item and continue to use it! A further firm reply restated my desire to return the unit for a full refund as the unit is dangerous and certainly NOT usable. This was responded to with a a referral to the manager who now offered 75% refund to save me the trouble of returning the unit. again no mention of quality or concern for the safe use of their product.
By now my anger is starting to rise. So I replied again carefully describing the issue, the burn and re attaching the photo. Clearly stating their web site offered a 30 days return, which is what I was requesting, to state the product is unusable and not safe. I was mortified, when I received exactly the same response offering a 75% refund. I cannot comprehend how in this day and age a seemingly international company as NO regard for customer safety and clearly does not follow its own policies. I contacted them a further 3 times, in the end I gave up and accepted a 75% refund. My final e-mail to them was to complain and wanting to speak with a person in a responsible position, I wanted to know why were they not interested in harm caused by their product. I received what I would describe as an automated reply, telling me if I wanted a refund, I would need to return an UN_OPENED box with 30 days, if the box had been opened or later than 30 days, then NO REFUND. In summary the 30 day refund statement on their web site is meaningless and you have NO protection if the goods are faulty. In my opinion, DO NOT BUY from NAVAMAX!

Don’t waste your money, there is a reason there is only a 30 day warranty.
My unit started releasing electric shocks after approximately two weeks. I persevered before I reached out for a replacement. I was a few days past the 30 day mark and they refused to replace it. Pretty poor service if you back your product which clearly they don’t. Steer away!!

Firstly, the ems took 3 weeks to arrive. I ended up chasing it with customer service, and they were helpful.
After 6 days of use, 4 of the 6 electrodes stopped working. I spoke to cs, who said returns have to be returned packaged and unused. Under the t&c i have to pay for their return within 30 days of the purchase date.... do the math. Offered a 25% refund to walk away. Absolute waste of money.
Bought a simlar product in the uk and has a year guarantee and works.....bodi-tek. Much cheaper as well.

I enjoyed using the product. I purchased three of them.
None of them work now and the company told me only a 30 day guarantee

What a waste of money I would never refer them or recommend anybody buy anything from them ever again they just laughed at me when I asked for help

I had some questions about the different intensity levels, and they responded quickly via email with clear answers. They even gave me tips on how to get the most out of the device. Great to know they’re there if anything goes wrong.

I’ve always struggled with losing fat around my thighs, but since adding NavaMax to my routine, I can see a difference. It’s easy to use, and I love that I can target specific areas like this. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but I can feel my legs getting firmer over the last few weeks.

I love that I can use it while traveling or just around the house without having to stop what I’m doing. It’s so light, sometimes I forget it’s even there.

I was worried the intensity would be too much, but the low levels are just right for someone starting out. Definitely helps that it’s adjustable, I don’t feel overwhelmed at all.

I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but even I figured out how to use this thing in a few minutes. Just stick it on, turn it on, and you’re good to go.

With two kids and a full-time job, I have almost no time for the gym, so this device has been a lifesaver. I use it while I’m cooking or working from home, and it fits right into my chaotic day. It’s been really effective for keeping me on track with my fitness goals.
