I have been a customer for many years never been let down. I love that if I order before 10am I will receive it on the same day.
I just want to add that once they got my order wrong & they went above & beyond to sort it out 10/10. I like that they sorted my order out. Great company wouldn't go anywhere else for my dogs food.

I come in all the time. Quinn is also well greeted. My pup is always a little nervous of the world. Kyla always manages to find sometime even when she’s is super busy to help make Quinn feel comfortable within the shop. It has gone from Quinn being nervous when coming in to Quinn being super excited when she see Kyla.
This is my first time being a dog mum and I’m always asking a million question however Kyla is a book of knowledge. She even greets us both by names which I’m always impressed with.

I left a very accurate review and in fact a very fair review and received a response that was very far from the truth and in fact completely inaccurate. The store manager kept talking over me and would not let me get a word in edgeways! She refused to let me finish what I was saying, would simply not let me explain whatsoever and she was defensive towards me!
I have this call recorded.

As for cheekily stating that my reviews in general are negative clearly these people have never heard the expression that bad news travels faster and that customers are more likely to leave reviews after bad experiences than good!

To claim they wasted 3 visits swapping an item is completely false, it was 2 visits and that was because THEY FAILED to tell me they were coming! I was the one who was chasing it up that day AFTER HEARING NOTHING! because I was told it MIGHT BE MONDAY OR TUESDAY, I had no problem with waiting but I stated from the beginning to LET ME KNOW AS EARLY AS Possible, telling them I had appointments everyday, THEY DID NOT therefore I CONTACTED THEM and on this contact was told last minute when I was already out! I have all the messages still and my phone records all calls. This company is clearly just one of those who are great until things go wrong and then they pass the buck and are full of excuses.

Their biased response cannot withstand when every company is different, every service is different and every company may have different regulations.
I would also like to add when I brought up DAF's ribs I used to buy from their store their manager told me a complete lie and said they had been discontinued. I contacted DAF who confirmed they had not. So from the get go when things started to go wrong this company started to lie! Incidentally I also have this message saved for proof.

As for stating that things may vary, I am not so daft that I expect every bone to be the exact same size but I took photos which showed them at merely ONE THIRD the size advertised. I provided both these photos to them AND to Reggies Raw. And in fact I have since realised my photo to the manager of the replacement bones that WERE defrosted on arrival in itself actually PROVES THEY WERE IN FACT defrosted as the photos had absolutely no frost on them and in fact clearly showed bones so defrosted that they were all LOOSE, smooth shiny meaty with no stick together whatsoever. These photos can be seen on my Google review alongside screen shots of the times, conversation etc.
I suggest this company looks back at the what's app picture messages I sent which is very clear proof and quit blaming me for their failures! My review stated facts and was very fair, until they publicly here on Trustpilot accused me of being a liar! Therefore what I do not abide is outright lies and vulgar accusations, what sort of company treats customers this way?
After speaking to trading standards they explained to me the photos of what they sold me are actually a misinterpretation compared to what I received because they have a significant size difference and not a slight. Also the defrosted bones were unsafe to be re frozen and fed to my dog. So I will be taking this further.

I was prepared to be fair and accurate however now I must say people should AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are only nice when things go well.
And the stress they have caused me made me ill, not including the food safety standards of the defrosted bones that I had to throw away as I am not willing to risk making my dog ill.

I love that it's free local delivery if I spend over £35 and I can order by 10 am and get a delivery the same day. Nicd personal service.

I'm at the opposite end of the country, but this is hands down the best place to buy treats, oils, and essentials for my dog.

The products are always top quality, delivery is fast, and the team truly goes above and beyond every time.

Local delivery is always quick and the drivers are lovely. I usually have a big order as I buy for a month and have 3 raw fed dogs so If any item(s) I have ordered are out of stock they will phone to ask if I’d like a substitute and offer similar items they do have in stock. The staff in the shop are also always super helpful and knowledgeable.
